Join us at the Florida Creatives Market, a FREE TO THE PUBLIC event designed to showcase the best local talent and flavors!
We’re bringing in only 8–10 food vendors, carefully curated to ensure no duplicates of the same offerings, giving your food the spotlight it deserves.
This is your chance to serve your full menu, at your regular pricing, to a large, engaged audience eager to experience unique and delicious options. Don’t miss the opportunity to be part of an exclusive lineup and connect with a crowd ready to taste, enjoy, and support local culinary creativity.
The event runs Saturday & Sunday, June 13th & 14th, at Wickham Park in Melbourne, FL, with hours from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM both days.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
1. Vendor agrees to hold the Host free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above-mentioned Event.
2. Food Vendors will be keeping 100% of their Food and Beverage Sales at the event, and not be required to give out any "free" samples/food to attendees.
3. If selected to Participate, vendor will submit to Battle Bros LLC a Non-Refundable $300.00 Vendor Fee.
4. Vendor understands that Host has specifically reserved space at the Event for Vendor, has incurred costs preparing for the Event and will incur costs operating and marketing the Event. If the Vendor is accepted/approved for the event and fails to participate in the event for any reason they will forfeit their $300.00 vendor fee.
5. Food Trucks/Trailers with a Suppression System or Gas will be required to submit their Hood Suppression Inspection Report, Hood Cleaning Certificate, Gas Leak Detection Documentation, and DBPR License to Battle Bros Events/Fire Marshall.
6. All Food Vendors will be required to submit a copy of their Food License/Catering License etc. **If a vendor does not have a Food License, we can assist in helping you obtain a temporary event food license.
7. Vendors are responsible for their own set up/station. Including cooking equipment, tents/tables, tent weights/stakes, power, lights etc.
8. REQUIRED SET UP DATE/TIME: Friday, June 12th, anytime between 8AM - 8PM. Setting up the day prior to the event is due to the early start time of the event on Saturday.
9. Vendor agrees to be on-site at their station, by the later designated required time for fire code inspection. Typically fire inspection takes place 2 hours before the start of the event and will be dictated to food vendors before the event.
10. Vendors may sell their regular priced menu and options.
11. Vendor agrees to stop vending at 4:00PM both days of the event.
12. Vendor shall leave the Location free from trash and in a similar condition that it was in before the Vendor arrived.
Rain or Shine: All Battle Bros LLC events are considered rain or shine. Events will not be canceled solely due to weather forecasts or light rain. Show management reserves the right to cancel an event in progress if conditions present a safety hazard, including but not limited to lightning, high winds, flooding, or any situation deemed unsafe. The determination of what constitutes "unsafe" conditions rests solely with Battle Bros LLC management. In the event of a cancellation due to these safety concerns, there are no refunds, fund transfers, or rescheduled rain dates.

Vendors will be keeping 100% of their Food and Beverage Sales at this event, and will not be required to give out any "Free" items. You will not be charged unless/until your application has been reviewed and you are ACCEPTED into the event. Food Vendors understand that Battle Bros LLC has reserved space at the Event specifically for that Vendor and has incurred costs preparing for the Event and will incur costs operating the Event. If the Food Vendor is APPROVED and fails to appear or participate in the Event and adhere to the Event Rules and Guidelines, or withdraws from the event for any reason, the Food Vendor will not be refunded their $300 event Fee. |
