About the application

All goods must be handmade or handcrafted. If you are unsure if your item(s) fall under the handmade/handcrafted category, please message us here on Eventeny.

We offer great facilities for craft vendors. The craft vendors are set up in vacant, clean horse stalls with overhead cover, lights, electricity, and running water. We have police security in the park day and night, and most vendors choose to leave their wares overnight in their booths. We assign spaces first come, first served. When all craft vendors are in place, the Arts and Craft Area resembles storefronts, each booth with an outside and inside the area. The Craft Vendor fee is $40 for all barns for all three days of the festival. Pease note that crafters are not required to attend all three days.

Once your application is accepted, you will recieve an email with further instruction of how barn stalls will be assigned. Returning vendors who are accepted back will have priority over their 2025 barn stalls.

Please - do not submit an application if you do not wish to attend our festival, once the application is accepted the fee will be automatically charged.

About the event

Exhibitors from all over the southeast will convene in Dallas, North Carolina on October 9 through 11, 2026 for the annual 'crank-up' of antique steam and gasoline engines and tractors. In addition to the engine show, many activities are planned to include a kids county fair, heritage arts area, handmade craft vendors, and music. So, mark your calendars and plan to join GAMTRA and Gaston County Parks and Recreation Department as we present Cotton Ginning Days. As always, the food is good, and admission and parking are free!
