THEMATA 2026 FOOD CART or TRUCK APP

We welcome food vendors to apply for the craft show market. Please provide the following information in your application:

1. Menu – List of food items you plan to offer, including prices.
2. Truck or Cart Details – A description or photo of your food truck/cart, including size and any special features.
3. Licensing and Permits – Proof of necessary food handling permits, health certifications, and insurance.
4. Setup Requirements – Outline any special needs, such as electrical or water access, space requirements, or additional equipment.

• All food trucks or carts must comply with local health and safety regulations.
• A limited number of food vendor spots are available, and acceptance is based on menu variety and space availability.

By submitting your application, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility
   • The event is open to artisans, vendors, and food vendors who offer handmade goods, original crafts, and pre-approved food items.
2. Application Process
   • All applications must be completed by the specified deadline. Incomplete or late applications may not be considered.
3. Booth Assignment
   • Booth spaces are assigned based on availability and may not be changed once confirmed.
4. Fees
   • Application fees are non-refundable. Payment is required upon acceptance to the event.
5. Booth Setup and Breakdown
   • Vendors must set up their booths before the event opens and break down after the event ends. Early teardown is not permitted.
6. Compliance with Regulations
   • All vendors must adhere to local health, safety, and business regulations. Food vendors must provide necessary permits and certifications.
7. Liability
   • The event organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of property during the event. Vendors are encouraged to have insurance for their booths and products.
8. Code of Conduct
   • Vendors must maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward customers and fellow vendors. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event.
9. Cancellation or Rescheduling
   • The event may be canceled or rescheduled at the discretion of the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, vendors will be notified, and a refund or credit may be issued.
10. Media and Photography

• By participating, vendors agree to allow the use of photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
