Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. If your application is received less than 30 days prior to the event, you will be notified by email/within the Eventeny platform if your organization has been selected to participate no later than 5 days after receipt of application. Full payment for the vendor space and any additional add-ons will be charged to your payment method upon approval of your application.

| Upgrade to a Corner/End Booth Space | $150.00 | Non-refundable | Select this add-on to be placed in one of the most coveted Vendor spaces - the end of a row or on a corner. This is in addition to the applicable Vendor application fee and a limited number are available. |
| PREORDER 20lb bag of ice | $9.00 | Non-refundable | SC Pride will have 20lb bags of ice that vendors can pre-order for pickup from the beverage tent. Pickup is Saturday morning 10am-11am, and if you need additional ice after your preordered amount, you can purchase more at the beverage tent. |
