About the application
The City of Thomaston is excited to announce the 5th Annual Art & Soul Fest! Activities will begin in Downtown Thomaston on Friday, April 19th there will be celebration downtown with a Street Dance, food trucks, live music and a sip n' stroll The party continues on Saturday, April 18th 10:00 AM-4:00PM with arts and crafts demonstrations and market, art competions and live music at Greatest Generation Park on Saturday, April 18th with our Party in The Pines.

Location: Greatest Generation Park
Time: 10:00AM-4:00PM
Events: BBQ Competition, Live Performances and Demonstrations, Pottery Competition, Photography Competition, Arts & Craft Vendors, Food Trucks, Kids Zone with Hands-On Art
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- TERMS & CONDITIONS
- No rain date or refund due to inclement weather.
- Cancellations that occur after applicant is accepted will be non-refundable.
- Registrations will be handled on a first come, first serve basis.
- A map showing vendor locations will be distributed to the exhibitor.
- Event Setup Times: Friday (2-4PM) Saturday (8-9:30AM) Spaces will be clearly marked.
- Vendor agrees to have booth set up and ready for viewing by 4pm on Friday and 9:45 AM on Saturday
- Cooking or preparing of food items are only allowed in the designated area
- All display props including tables, chairs, tents, etc. for the booth will be provided by the exhibitor. Please bring tent weights or tie downs to protect against the wind
- City of Thomaston reserves the right to reject or remove from the market any items considered unsuitable.
- Access to Electricity is available for $20. We are unable to provide power for food trucks.
- Before leaving your space you must clean up any trash, etc. Please do not leave any unsold items.
- Vendor will also give a list of Items that will be sold.
- Notification of booth assignments will be given one week in advance by email.
- Your area must remain tidy & clean at all times. No visible trash is allowed to be around your booth area.
