2026 Art & Soul Fest Vendor Application
About the application
The City of Thomaston is excited to announce the 5th Annual Art & Soul Fest! Activities will begin in Downtown Thomaston on Thursday, April 16th with our Film Competition at The Ritz Theatre; Friday, April 17th there will be celebration downtown with Food trucks, Live music, Photography Competition Display and a sip n' stroll; the festival will conclude at Greatest Generation Park on Saturday, April 18th with our Party in The Pines.
Thursday April 16th, 2026
Location: The Ritz Theatre
Time: 6:00pm-10:00pm
Events: viewing of short films both student and professional, entered into The Ritz Film Fesatival
Friday April 17th, 2026
Location: Downtown Thomaston
Time: 4:00-10:00PM
Events: Live Music and Demonstrations, Photography Competition Display, Talent Show Competition, Plein Air Competition, Food Trucks, Sip & Stroll
Saturday April 18th, 2026
Location: Greatest Generation Park
Time: 10:00AM-4:00PM
Events: BBQ Competition, Live Performances and Demonstrations, Pottery Competition, Photography Competition, Arts & Craft Vendors, Food Trucks, Kids Zone with Hands-On Art
About the event
Terms & Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- No rain date or refund due to inclement weather.
- Cancellations that occur after applicant is accepted will be non-refundable.
- Registrations will be handled on a first come, first serve basis.
- A map showing vendor locations will be distributed to the exhibitor.
- Event Setup Time: Saturday (8-9:30AM) Spaces will be clearly marked.
- Vendor agrees to have booth set up and ready for viewing by 9:45 AM on Saturday.
- Cooking or preparing of food items are only allowed in the designated area
- All display props including tables, chairs, tents, etc. for the booth will be provided by the exhibitor. Please bring tent weights or tie downs to protect against the wind
- City of Thomaston reserves the right to reject or remove from the market any items considered unsuitable.
- There will be electricity provided for an extra fee of $20 for individual booths in limited areas.
- Your area must remain clean & tidy at all times.
- Your cars must be parked in our Vendor Parking area....NO parking your cars around or near your booth.
- Before leaving your space you must clean up any trash, etc. Please do not leave any unsold items.
- Vendor will also give a list of Items that will be sold.
- Notification of booth assignments will be given one week in advance by email.
