- Upload signed 2022 Street Fair Vendor Agreement and Code of Conduct
- By my submitting this registration, I agree to abide by the rules and policies set forth in this registration and to advise those persons working with me during this event of the same.
- North Dakota Sales and Use Tax Permit or One Time Remittance Form
- Certificate of Liability Insurance with $1,000,000 coverage
- E-permit

- I understand alcohol vendors can only choose one of two sizes (10x10 or 10x20); I agree to contain my unit within the set boundaries.
- I have read and agree to abide by the Load-In Agreement.
- Limited electricity may be available (Fee $425), depending on placement. Please indicate your electricity needs, but be prepared to provide your own quite generator.
- I understand ice will not be provided and I will need to source my own ice, if needed.
- I have read and agree to the refund policy as outlined below.
