AZ TPT License information:

Although commonly referred to as a sales tax, the Arizona transaction privilege tax (TPT) is a tax on a vendor for the privilege of doing business in the state. Various business activities are subject to transaction privilege tax and must be licensed. If a business is selling a product or engaging in a service subject to TPT, a license from the Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR) would likely be needed as well as a transaction privilege tax or business/occupational license from the city or cities in which the business is based and/or operates. ADOR collects the tax for the counties and cities; however, tax rates vary depending on the type of business activity, the city and the county. Retail Sales are 8.43% for Arizona, Navajo County, City of Show Low Food for Home Consumption is 2% for the City of Show Low Food Sales to eat on premise is 8.43% for Arizona, Navajo County, City of Show Low.

Rules:

• No refunds
• Vendor’s may be restricted to limit duplication.
• First paid, first served.
• All display’s and equipment must be contained within the space reserved.
• No electrical or utility services will be provided* Generators and open flame devices subject to City of Show Low, Navajo County, & Show Low Fire Department regulations and/or ordinances.
• Music, sound effects, or generator noise that impact the Car Show audio will not be allowed
• Construction generators not allowed due to high noise. Generator noise rating to be less than 75 decibels.
• The field is fenced and locked with security and no participants allowed to stay overnight.
• Booth setup can be scheduled for Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, otherwise setup is on Saturday between 7:00AM and 8:30AM.
• Booth equipment should be removed from the field following the car show on Saturday by 5:00 PM.

Liability Release: 

The applicant does herby release Rim Country Cruisers CT, members, agents, volunteers, and anyone else connected with the event from known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by anyone participating in this event or by any spectator. The undersigned is fully responsible for his/her vehicle. Entries not transferable, and may not be sold or given to another individual.

This is an electronic agreement and by submitting the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
