About the registration
Centerville Merchant Market by the Heart of Centerville Washington Twp. (HOCWT) & the City of Centerville on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at Stubbs Park, 255 W Spring Valley Pike., Centerville, OH. This is a 1-day event from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Our event includes merchants, boutiques, handmade goods, local businesses, food trucks, and alcohol sales courtesy of the Heart of Centerville, in addition to entertainment.

Application Process
We are a selective market & vendors will be chosen using the following qualifications: HOCWT membership status, product quality & displays, and uniqueness. We want to create an upscale market feel for our shoppers. We limit each category to provide variety & to limit the saturation of products. Only one direct sales company is permitted per category. If you are applying, please have the date readily available. Please include an email you use regularly, as this is how we will send out all acceptance and event information.
You should select the category that best fits your products. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Raffle Donation
As part of your application fee, all vendors must submit an item valued at $25 at registration and before setup. This donation includes free announcements during the event about your business. More info will be sent after acceptance.
Event Advertising
Promotions, including media interviews, in-kind, and paid promotions, will be completed to ensure event success. This includes social media posts highlighting vendors. To ensure you're included, apply with your current business name and Facebook/Instagram handles. Failure to do so will result in not being included in these promotions.

Terms & Conditions
No-Show/No-Call Policy
When you submit an application to be a vendor at a HOCWT event, you agree to our terms & conditions. Those who do not notify HOCWT of their inability to attend at least one week (7 days) prior to the event will be removed as a vendor from our next event. A second occurrence could result in your removal for our entire event season.
Booth Fees
Acceptance is tentative until approved. Upon acceptance, booth fees will be charged to the card on file.
All HOCWT members are required to pay a $50 deposit when registering for the event. This deposit will be refunded in full to all members who show up the day of the event. Acceptance notifications will be made in March 2026. If you have questions, email HOCWT at events@hocwt.org. We will email vendors whose category is full to be placed on our waitlist. Waitlisted vendors may be contacted up to 7 days prior to the event due to cancellations.
Event Requirements
- Setup times and booth location are determined by the HOCWT.
- All vendors are required to be setup at least 1 hour prior to the event start and follow all parking/vehicle rules.
- This is an outdoor event with no electrical access. It will occur rain or shine.
- Vendors must provide their own tent, table, & chairs.
- Further setup instructions will be sent at least 1 week prior to the event.
- Vendors are solely responsible for meeting all license, permit, safety, tax & insurance requirements.
