Crafters

Thank you for your interest in participating as a Crafter Vendor! This application is for artisans and makers offering handmade, handcrafted, or Goods, including (but not limited to) art, apparel, accessories, home décor, wellness products, and specialty gifts.

Approved crafters will receive a designated vendor space within the festival marketplace area. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, displays, and any necessary equipment unless otherwise stated. All products must be family-friendly and appropriate for a public, all-ages event.

Please complete the application in full and include clear photos of your products and booth setup, along with your business information and social media links. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, as selections are curated to ensure a balanced and diverse vendor experience.

By submitting this application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees that submission does not guarantee acceptance and that all vendors are subject to a curated selection process based on product quality, originality, category balance, and overall event fit. Approved crafters may only sell items listed in their application, and all products must be handmade, handcrafted, original, family-friendly, and appropriate for a public event; mass-produced or non-approved items are not permitted. Vendor fees are non-refundable once accepted, except in the event of cancellation by the organizer. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, displays, equipment, and proper tent weights, and must remain within their assigned space for the duration of the event. Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal licensing and tax requirements and adhere to designated load-in and load-out times. This is a rain-or-shine event, and no refunds will be issued due to weather or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control. Vendors participate at their own risk and agree to hold harmless the event organizer, venue, and affiliated parties from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation. The organizer reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates these terms, behaves unprofessionally, or poses a safety or policy concern, without refund.

Absolutely no vendor is permitted to bring, sell, serve, distribute, sample, or give away alcoholic beverages of any kind All alcohol service at this event, if any, will be exclusively managed by the Event Organizer or its designated, pre-approved partners. Any vendor found in possession of or distributing alcohol will be subject to immediate removal from the event without refund and may be prohibited from participating in future events.
