Entertainment Application Fiesta in the Park

This application is for entertainers who would like to perform on stage at our all new Fiesta in the Park event on Saturday May 2, 2026. We are seeking entertainers (schools, churches, organizations and groups) that specialize in Latin American and Hispanic cultural performances. 

We anticipate around 1500 in attendance based on past events.

The event will be in Lilburn City Park and begin at 4:00 pm and end at 7:00 pm.

• The City of Lilburn and its employees assume no liability for loss or injury. Applicant agrees to hold The City of Lilburn and its employees harmless for any loss or injury.
• Application deadline is March 2, 2026.
• You will recieve notification of approval or denial on or before March 5, 2026.
• All performances must be respectful, Hispanic/Latin cultural themed, family friendly and appealing to all ages.
• The bandshell will be set up with sound system and microphones.
• Bring your own instruments.
• Bring your own music on your phone with adapter and zip drive for back up.
• There will be an experienced sound tech on stage to assist you.
• Number and variety of vendors is determined by the City of Lilburn
• Entertainers will receive detailed day of event instructions about 7 days prior to the event date. 
• Application must be complete to be considered.
• The event is rain or shine.  In the event of unsafe weather conditions the City of Lilburn will notify vendors as soon as possible and any changes to the event can be found on the city website www.cityoflilburn.com or the city Facebook page @CityOfLilburn.

• An entertainer failing to meet all of the requirements and regulations may be asked to leave the event area for any reason deemed necessary by the City of Lilburn event staff.
