About the application
The purpose of this event is for the residents of Daybreak, and the surrounding community, to know who their local businesses are so they can support their community. All businesses must be LICENSED and INSURED.
Types of Businesses:
- Home Improvement
- Home Renovation
- Home Repairs
- Landscaping
- Yard Improvements
We will review applications with the HOA to make sure those that are accepted have worked well with the HOA.
(Ex: Painting, window installation, door installation, radon testing, HVAC, flooring, etc)
House Cleaning- Home Businesses
- Promotional Services
- Realtor
- Health & Wellness
- Athletic Services (marshal arts, yoga, gym…)
- Technical Services (web design, podcast creation, coding instructing, etc)
- Food Services (catering, meal delivery, special occasion food creators)
- Franchises (locally owned)
- Etc
PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO:
- DAYBREAK BUSINESSES/ RESIDENT OWNED BUSINESSES
- SOUTH JORDAN (outside of Daybreak) RESIDENT OWNED BUSINESSES
- NON-SOUTH JORDAN RESIDENT OWNED BUSINESSES
Electricity is extremely limited. If you need electricity we suggest bringing your own power device to ensure you have electricity. Generators are not allowed inside the building.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
The 2026 Empowered Community Markets Policies & Procedures Manual and Contract are the Terms and Conditions for this application, and are the contract to with you are agreeing to.
