Creekside Maker's Application

Applications will be accepted from February 5, 2026 through March 9, 2026.

Vendor Selection & Notification - On March 15, 2026, selected vendors will be notified via email. Notifications will include an invoice, which must be paid by March 31, 2026. Failure to submit payment by this date will result in forfeiture of your space.  After March 15, a waiting list will be established for additional potential vendors.

⚠️ Submitting an application does NOT guarantee acceptance. All applications will go through a vetting process to determine the best fit for our market.

Vendor Guidelines

• Exclusivity is not guaranteed to any vendor.
• Efforts will be made to limit duplication of similar products and to space vendors appropriately.
• This market is strictly for vendors who produce their own goods, including handmade items, crafts, or produce.
• Resellers are not permitted.
• Vendors selling flowers, plants, or succulents are not accepted, as the market is hosted at a greenhouse.
• Vendors must sell only the items listed in their application.  The market reserves the right to request removal of any unapproved items.

Space & Setup Details

• Vendor space fee: $30.00 for a 10’ x 10’ space (you will be invoiced for payment)
• Food trucks will be located in the designated food court
• Vendors must provide their own:
  • Tent
  • Table(s) or Chair(s)
  • Tent weights
• No access to power or WiFi
• Vendors must set up only in their assigned space

 
Weather Policy

• The market will take place rain or shine, except in the event of lightning.

Licensing & Forms

• All vendors must complete an ST-19 form
• Food vendors must provide all required documentation, including:
  • Cottage Food License
  • Food Handling License
  • Any other applicable food permits
