Event Description
Midway Block Parties are back for the season, and for the first time, vendors are being welcomed through Eventeny.
These community-centered evenings bring together live music, local makers, food, and small businesses for a relaxed, high-energy night in downtown Midway. Block Parties are designed to feel fun, accessible, and welcoming — a place where neighbors gather, music fills the street, and small businesses shine.
This Midway Block Party of the season will take place on:
Saturday, July 18
Event Timeline
Vendor Arrival: 4:45 PM
Set-Up: 5:00–6:00 PM
Event Begins: 6:00 PM
Live Band: 7:00–10:00 PM
Event Ends: 10:00 PM
Vendors must be fully set up and ready by 6:00 PM and remain open through the duration of the event.
Vendor Fees
$10 non-refundable application fee
$25 vendor fee upon acceptance
Midway Block Parties are a great opportunity for vendors to connect with the community in a lively, music-filled setting.

MIDWAY BLOCK PARTIES
Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application and/or participating in a Midway Block Party, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Application & Acceptance
A $10 non-refundable application fee is required to apply.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendors will be selected based on product type, space availability, and overall balance of the event.
Accepted vendors will be notified through Eventeny.
2. Vendor Fees
Accepted vendors will be charged a $25 booth fee upon acceptance.
Booth fees are non-refundable, except in the event of full event cancellation by the organizer.
3. Setup & Event Hours
Vendor arrival begins at 4:45 PM.
Setup must be completed between 5:00–6:00 PM.
Vendors must be fully operational by 6:00 PM and remain set up until 10:00 PM.
Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by the event organizer.
4. Booth Space & Equipment
Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, displays, weights, and any necessary equipment unless otherwise specified.
Booth placement is determined by the event organizer.
Vendors must remain within their assigned footprint.
5. Products & Sales
Vendors may only sell items approved in their application.
The event organizer reserves the right to request removal of items that were not disclosed or approved.
Vendors are responsible for all required permits, licenses, and tax compliance.
6. Weather & Cancellations
Midway Block Parties are outdoor, weather-dependent events.
Event operations may be adjusted, delayed, or canceled due to weather or safety concerns.
No refunds will be issued for weather-related changes or cancellations.
7. Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk.
The event organizer, property owners, and affiliated partners are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury.
Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance.
8. Conduct
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.
Failure to follow event guidelines or directions from event staff may result in removal from the event without refund.
9. Photography & Promotion
The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional use.
Vendors grant permission for images of their booth or products to be used for marketing purposes without compensation.
10. Agreement
By submitting an application and/or paying fees, vendors acknowledge they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
