We are excited that you are interested in becoming an Art/Craft vendor at our all new Fiesta in the Park event on May 2, 2026 from 4-7pm.
All applicants should be art/craft and must be your original work and be hand made. This application requires that you upload photos of your work and your booth set up.
No commercial merchandise sales.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
The City of Lilburn reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules. An approved application is a commitment to show. No refunds will be made for cancellations, no shows, or removal for cause. The event will take place rain or shine. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, or inclement weather, the event may be cancelled at the discretion of the City of Lilburn. If the city makes the decision to cancel the event, vendor fees will be refunded.
- Items not created by the exhibitor or not approved through the application process will not be permitted to sale at the event.
- All artist must submit at least 3 photos.
- The application deadline is March 30, 2026. No applications will be accepted after this date.
- Applicant may only sale items listed on their application.
- Exhibitors are not allowed to sell or give away food items or drinks.
- Each booth space is approximately 10x10. You must remain inside your space.
- Booths must be neat in appearance and must be left clean at the end of the event. The city of Lilburn is not responsible for damage to personal property or stolen property at the event.
- All exhibitors will be required to supply their own tents, tables and chairs.
- Electricity is not available, unless arrangements have been made with the Event Coordinator in advance.
- All tents must be weighted down with weights on each leg of the tent.
- No staking tents.
- Exhibitors are responsible for reporting their own sales tax.
- Booths must be open to sell by 4pm and must close at 7 pm.
- Exhibitors will have reserved parking but will have to carry items in to set up.
- Gas powered generators are prohibited.
- The City of Lilburn reserves the right to reject any organization whose presentation, goals, or objectives may be offensive and not in the best interest of the community.
- We don't recommend bringing pets but if you do make sure they like loud noise, children, and crowds.
- Vendors should arrive by 2:00 pm and be set up and ready to sell by 4pm.

- By signing the vendor application the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the policies and terms outlined in this document.

As the renter/vendor, I understand that the failure to comply with the above stated rules could result in the loss of my vendor fee and removal from the event. I understand that the City of Lilburn staff reserves the right to request the Renter/Vendor to leave. I understand that the event may be cancelled at any time deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Lilburn. The City of Lilburn and its employees assume no liability for loss or injury. Applicant agrees to hold The City of Lilburn and its employees harmless for any loss or injury.
