About the application
THIS IS AN EASTER/SPRING MARKET WITH LIMITED SPACE. VENDORS MUST SELL PRODUCTS THAT ARE SPECIFICALLY CREATED FOR EASTER/SPRING.
Prepared food vendors must follow all regulations for the Utah Health Department, and the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food. Be sure to read the Policies and Procedures Manual as we stick to it. The Daybreak Farmers Market does not accept food under the Homemade Food act for the regular farmers market.
Food vendors for the Daybreak Farmers Market are required to use either a Cottage Kitchen, or Commercial Kitchen. All vendors are required to have insurance.

In addition to the following, The 2026 Empowered Community Markets Policies & Procedures Manual and Contract is the terms and conditions for this application, it is also the contract you are agreeing to. Please read it thoroughly.
Unless there is dangerous weather this market will be held. In the past there has been sun, snow, and rain. Applying to this market means you understand that as a vendor you will be required to participate regardless of the weather. The attendance for this event is expected to be around 3000 attendees, regardless of the weather.
