| Late Fee | $100.00 | Non-refundable | A late fee will be assessed to vendors who have been accepted to participate upon a space-available basis and who applied to participate after the Mar 20, 2026, deadline. |
| Vendor Non-Compliance / Damage Fee | $250.00 | Non-refundable | Any violations of the vendor rules and regulations may result in a Non-Compliance / Damage Fee charge at time of occurrence and possible non-acceptance for future events. |
