About the event
Terms & Conditions
ï‚§ The deadline to apply for this event is April 10th @ midnight.
ï‚§ Vendor applications will be reviewed in the order that they are received.
ï‚§ With variety and the success of our vendors in mind, we do not bring in competing products.
ï‚§ All tents must be weighted – absolutely NO STAKING is permitted in our parks.
ï‚§ Vendors are responsible for providing their own source of power. Depending on placement, power is not guaranteed.
ï‚§ Vendors are required to bring all necessary items from their booth – tent, weights, table, chairs, etc.
ï‚§ All alcohol vendors are required to obtain a temporary permit from City Hall. By completing this application, you are agreeing to obtain said permit upon event approval. Further instruction will be provided if/when your vendor application has been approved by the events team.
ï‚§ Food vendors are not permitted to sell alcohol.
Exact Vendor instructions will be given closer to the event. Please see below for some general important information.
Load-in Procedures: You will be assigned a zone for Load-in. There will be 2 zones for load in depending on where you are placed. Zone 1 will begin at 1p and will load in on Jones St. Zone 2 will begin at 1:30p and be on Lawrenceville St. All vendors will need to be ready and set up at 3p. Please do not show up before your time as the roads will not be closed and you will not be able to load in. Please also have a plan in place for load-in. You will need to unload all items from your vehicle (unless you are a food truck) and move your car immediately to vendor parking (City Hall Lower Lot).
Load Out Procedures: All vendors must stay until 10p (Event end time). No vehicles are allowed to enter or exit the vendor area until this time due to safety concerns. Your booth must be packed up and ready to be loaded into your car before bringing your car into the vendor area. Please note the streets open at 11p. Please have a load-out plan following this timeline.

- Please attach a copy of your food permit from the Department of Health or Cottage Food License from the Department of Agriculture.
- Please upload a copy of your certificate of insurance with "The City of Norcross & it's Elected Officials" listed as an additional insured.
- All booths are required to have one Blueberry item. What item will you sell that is blueberry themed?
- I understand I cannot load out until 10p when the event ends.
