With more than 17,000 attendees, the Upstate Colors of Pride March & Festival is an excellent way to reach new customers. This application is for food truck operators or food vendors with tents. NOTE: You must supply your own power. No outlets are available.

About the event

Upstate Colors of Pride is an all inclusive community festival held annually in downtown Greenville SC. Pride of Colors is an opportunity to love and be loved regardless of ethnicity, identity, orientation, and gender. Celebrate Pride with Food, Music, and 100+ Vendors

Terms & Conditions

All vendors must abide by the vendor regulations. NOTE: You must supply your own power. No outlets are available. All food service vendors MUST contact the DHEC at 864-372-3090 for approval of any food preparation or service. Vendor must show a plan for clean-up and grease removal. Food vendors cannot sell alcohol or water at the event. Upstate Pride SC reserves the right to deny your event registration and issue a full refund if a food vendor with the same or similar offerings is already registered for the event. The City of Greenville requires a special event permit for all vendors present during the event. Included in the event application price is a $10 fee per for-profit vendor with a current City of Greenville business license and a $25 fee per for-profit vendor without a City of Greenville business license. If your organization has a current City of Greenville business license, email a copy to terena@upstatepridesc.org. Any applicant serving/selling any food must contact the Greenville County Health Department at (864) 372-3090 for approval of any food preparation or service. Applicant must show a plan for clean-up and grease removal. No glass bottles or cans may be given to patrons. Each food vendor must specify cooking method (gas, electric, charcoal, other). No open flames permitted. Each vendor will be responsible for their own clean-up at the conclusion of the event. All signage and tent anchoring must be accomplished with weights such as sandbags, concrete or water-filled bags and barrels. Fastening or attaching any rope, signs, banner, flyer or other object to any trees, shrub, or city  feature is prohibited. No vendor may sell alcohol or water at the event. The sale of these beverages is reserved for Upstate Pride SC.

Share My Logo On Social Media and Festival Display $15.00 Non-refundable If you submit a logo and pay this fee, your business or organization logo will be share on Upstate Pride SC social accounts and in a display at the Festival.
