Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our upcoming cupsleeve event—we’re thrilled to have your support!

This will be an outdoor/indoor event, happening rain or shine, hosted at a fantastic venue that has helped us bring many memorable events to life.

As part of your vendor donation fee, a 6/8-foot table and chairs will be provided to help with your indoor setup. Please note that the 6/8-foot table space is the full amount of space allotted per vendor, due to the size limitations of the venue. You are required to provide a table covering to protect the table to be used from damages and scratches. 

Your vendor registration will be waved but we kindly ask for donations to support our raffles and event activities to support the continuation of future events.

Due to limited vendor space, we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. If accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation via social media and/or email, along with your acceptance letter. You’ll have 48 hours from the time of notification to reply to secure your spot.

If you are not accepted in the first round, don’t be discouraged—you’ll be added to our waiting list in case any spots open up. We're also planning many more cupsleeve events, and we’re always looking for ways to include new and returning vendors in future opportunities!

We welcome vendors from all fandoms, but to align with our event theme, at least half of our vendor spots will be reserved for those offering BTS merchandise.

We're hosting multiple raffles and trivia games throughout our event to keep our amazing fandom engaged, excited, and coming back for more!

We’d love to include you in the fun by inviting you to donate an item (or two) for our raffles.

In appreciation of your support, we’ll feature your business on our social media—at no cost to you! All we ask is a donated item(s) with a retail value of $25 or more.
