RPD Performance Application-Hope World Café Cupsleeve Event

Thank you for your interest in performing at Hope World Café Cupsleeve Event North Carolina’s best ARMY Stan Party!

We are looking for Random Play Dance Lead (K-Pop Dance Group/Crew) and Random Play Dance Participants to bring the ultimate experience to our attendees.

Event Date: Sunday, February 22, 2026

Location: Seoul Food Meat Co. (Mill District) in Charlotte, NC

This is a FREE application; however, spots are limited!

 
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (RPD Group Lead)

Eligibility & Experience

RPD Lead must be a  K-pop dance group or crew
Group should be comfortable leading a crowd and engaging with fans
Prior RPD or performance experience is preferred but not required

Participation Expectations

Selected group will lead and hype the RPD
Selected group can perform a full choreography showcase (not required)
Must be comfortable dancing to BTS songs, including title tracks and popular B-sides
Members should be prepared to encourage crowd participation and maintain positive energy

Availability & Professionalism

Must be available on the event date and time
Must arrive on time and check in with the event team before RPD begins
Maintain a respectful, inclusive, and fan-friendly attitude
Follow event staff instructions for timing, music flow, and safety

Content & Conduct

Choreography and behavior must be family-friendly
No inappropriate lyrics, gestures, or behavior
Groups must respect all attendees, staff, and fellow performers

Media & Promotion

Participants agree to be photographed and/or recorded during the event
Content may be used for Lightstick Bias, SeoulMatesCLT, Pink Pop Collective, Urban District Market and Seoul Food Meat Co. promotional purposes
Groups are encouraged to promote the event on their social platforms if selected
 
LIABILITY RELEASE FORMI, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in Hope World Café Cupsleeve Event is voluntary and at my own risk.

I release Hope World Café Cupsleeve Event, Lightstick Bias, SeoulMatesCLT, Pink Pop Collective, The Saranghae Studio, Urban District Market, Soul Food Meat Co. and all event organizers from any liability, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or lost/stolen items.

I acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event and grant permission for them to be used for promotional purposes.

I agree to adhere to all event rules and guidelines set forth by the organizers.
