Thank you for your interest in becoming a food vendor for Out! Raleigh Pride 2026! See you in June!
*BY SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION, YOU ARE AGREEING TO PAY A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE OF $50. This is an admin fee in order to process applications and is rolled into the total cost if selected as a vendor.*
The Center does not permit political entities, campaigns and/or candidates to financially sponsor or be a vendor at its events, programs or activities. This is to ensure that Center stays in compliance with Federal requirements for 501(c)(3) entities to maintain their tax-exempt status.
This application will remain open until May 8, 2026.
Please make sure to retain a copy of submitted answers. This application does not automatically mean you have been selected to participate. The planning committee will be making final vendor selections and will send confirmation emails no later than May 15, 2026.

PLEASE NOTE: SUBSTANTIAL DEVIATION FROM ITEMS DESCRIBED HERE OR AGREED UPON PRIOR TO THE FESTIVAL MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF VENDOR PRIVILEGES. THE OUT! RALEIGH PRIDE COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RESTRICT TYPES OF ITEMS VENDED BASED ON FUND RAISING CONSIDERATIONS AND EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS PURCHASED BY SPONSORS, AS WELL AS RESTRICTIONS BASED ON SUITABILITY STANDARDS.
1. The Out! Raleigh Pride Festival Committee (“ORPFC”) operates under the auspices of the LGBT Center of Raleigh and is a tax-exempt 501c3 non-profit organization.
2. The ORPFC reserves the right to deny an application based on duplication of vendors, or upon violation of the foregoing item #4 regarding appropriateness for the intended audience.
3. The ORPFC cannot guarantee the weather, the size of the crowd or otherwise assure against disaster. No refunds will be provided in the event an individual, organization or business does not realize its expectations for the festival. There is no rain date; the festival will take place rain or shine.
4. Nudity, indecency or any other conduct considered inappropriate for an audience which will include children will not be permitted during the daytime Saturday Festival. Items and information of a graphic sexual nature are not to be distributed or displayed. ORPFC reserves the right to determine whether a vendor is in violation of this requirement and will require vendors to stop or remove offending displays or activities.
5. Noise, smoke, signs or visual displays are not to interfere with neighboring vendors or with the enjoyment of the attending public. ORPFC reserves the right to determine whether a vendor is in violation of this requirement and will require vendors to stop or remove offending displays or activities.
6. No Alcohol may be sold or given away.
7. Vendors are not to make substantial changes to the items, as listed on the application, which they plan to sell or give away without prior approval from the ORPFC.
8. Vendors are not permitted to offer face-painting services without prior approval.
10. Vendors are not permitted to sell items, fundraise, or distribute materials outside of their designated vendor space. Vendors will be asked to donate their proceeds if they are found in violation of this rule and will not be asked to return to the festival for one year.
11. Vendors can sell only items that are legal or have a legal use.
12. Vendors will not be allowed to move booth locations once a space has been assigned.
13. Vendors are not to sublet, share, assign, transfer or in any way give their space to anyone else.
14. Vendors are responsible for all sales taxes, licenses and insurance required by law.
15. Vendors must not smoke/vape tobacco products while in their vendor space.
16. Vendor's wares must be kept within their spot paid for. IE - no grocery carts, wheeled displays or other means of selling wares/services in a mobile fashion.
Hold Harmless Agreement: The undersigned agrees to protect, defend, indemnify and hold the Out! Raleigh Pride Festival Committee, LGBT Center of Raleigh, its officers, employees, contractors, volunteers and committee members free and harmless from any and all losses, penalties, damages, settlements, costs, charges, professional fees, or other expenses or liabilities of every kind and character arising out of or relating to any and all claims, liens, demands, obligations, actions, proceedings, or causes of action of every kind and character in connection with or arising directly or indirectly out of this agreement and/or respond to, provide defense for and defend any such claims, etc., at his/her/their sole expense and agrees to bear all other costs and expenses related thereto, even if it (claims, etc.) is groundless, false, or fraudulent. The Out! Raleigh Pride Festival Committee and the LGBT Center of Raleigh reserves the right to photograph vendors and attendees for publicity purposes.

- By signing your name, you agree to properly maintain and dispose of food and beverage waste including, but not limited to grease and syrup in a proper manner i.e. not poured in the street or with PIG mats and understand you will be fined up to $500 if you are found to be in violation of proper disposal
- By signing your name, you understand that you must stop selling by the festival end time and if you are found to be continuing to sell more than 15 minutes past, you will be fined up to $500 or will be prohibited from participating in Out! Raleigh Pride for up to 2 years.
