Retail Vendor Application
About the application
Retail vendors are those who re-sell or do NOT handmake items for sale in their booth. This category also includes all business/marketplace vendors, service providers, churches or non-profits who wish to have a presence inside festival grounds. Retail vendor spaces are 12’X12’ and applicants can apply for multiple spaces.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
All vendors are required to obtain a SC Retail License, which must be displayed on-site. Vendor application fees cover a single-day festival license with the City of Florence.
Vendor fees and required deposit(s) must be paid before an application is considered complete and booth space is approved.
Please note that submission of an application and payment of fees and the vendor compliance deposit does NOT guarantee your space at the festival. The SC Pecan Music & Food Festival reserves the right to select or reject any application for any reason or no reason.
Vendors must review all application documents and policies and answer all questions for an application to be considered complete. Incomplete applications will not be approved. Booth space for approved vendors will be assigned after the regular application period ends on August 31.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO YOUR INABILITY TO ATTEND THE FESTIVAL FOR ANY REASON ONCE YOUR APPLICATION IS APPROVED. If your cancellation takes place prior to September 1, you may transfer your vendor fee to the following year. No transfers will take place after September 1. No refunds will be issued due to any disruption or interruption of the festival as a result of weather or any cause beyond the control of the Pecan Festival Committee. Rejected applications will receive a refund of their vendor booth space and vendor compliance deposit minus Eventeny fees to the card used at check-out.

| Retail Booth (Pecan Item Sellers Only) | $130.00 | Non-refundable | 12X12 Retail Booth (Seller Has Pecan Items) Pecan Retail Booths MUST have items for sale that contain pecans or are pecan-themed. Pecan vendors may NOT use the festival likeness or logo in their items listed for sale. Retail vendors may purchase more than one booth space. If you purchase more than one space, please indicate in your application if you prefer your spaces be located together or separated inside festival grounds. |
| ADD ELECTRICAL ACCESS | $25.00 | Non-refundable | Limited electrical access is available for an additional fee of $25.00. Electrical service must be requested and purchased at the time of application. Electrical service includes ONE OUTLET. |
| Vendor Compliance Deposit (Refundable) | $100.00 | REQUIRED - Refundable Vendor Compliance Deposit. Please note that your compliance deposit will be refunded, minus Eventeny fees, to the card you use for checkout after the festival concludes as long as all festival policies and vendor code of conduct requirements are followed. If you choose to pay this fee via check, your check will be returned to you post-festival. |
