About the application

This application is for all Sweet and Savory Food & Beverage Vendors with a Tent, Food Truck, or Food Trailer.

The Taste of Spring takes place in historic Olde Town Conyers. This event brings a fun day for everyone in the family with amazing craft vendors, live entertainment, delicious sweet and savory food vendors, and children's activities. Each year, this event has an attendance of 8,000 + people.

 

LOCATION: The Taste of Spring Festival is held on the streets in historic Olde Town Conyers. HOURS: 10 AM- 4 PM.  Saturday, May 2,2026 Vendor load-in will begin at 7:30 AM on festival day.

This event brings a fun day for every one in the family with amazing craft vendors, live entertainment, food trucks and local eats that you will long remember. Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The application deadline is Tuesday, March 31, 2026.


The City of Conyers will determine the number and variety of vendors.


The City of Conyers may remove a vendor for any reason.


If your submitted application is for a specific food, truck, and/or setup, this should be the only setup at the event.

No substitution unless this has been arranged in advance with the Event Coordinator.


Vendor load in will begin at 7:30 am.


Vendors should be ready to sell by 10am and plan to stay to until the event ends at 4:00 pm.


Only approved vendors who have paid the vendor fee will be permitted.


Grease will only be allowed in self contained cooking units and cannot be disposed of at the event.


You can not serve alcohol or anything in glass bottles.


All food vendors must have an operational fire extinguisher at their booth and/or truck and are subject to inspection by the Rockdale County Fire Department.


All vendors are required to supply their own tents, chairs, tables, electrical cords, or anything needed to conduct business on festival day.


Each tent space is 10 X 10 feet in size. Each vendor must keep their business within the space assigned space unless additional space has been purchased. Food truck space is 10x20.


Booths must be neat in appearance and not distract from neighboring displays.


Each vendor is responsible for the removal of their trash.


Vendors are not allowed to stake tents in asphalt or concrete in the streets. Vendors must provide tent weights.


Vendors are required to handle their own sales tax reporting.


Booths must be manned at all times and exhibit their work for the entire festival day.


All participants must sign a release form (attached) in order for the application to be accepted.


Electricity is a PAID amenity. You must pay when you apply. Electricity consists of 55 volts per receptacle, not per outlet box. Electricity is extremely limited and cannot be guaranteed.

 

ONLY QUIET GENERATORS are allowed in the festival area in consideration of your neighboring vendors.
Water is not provided. Vendors must bring their own supply of water if needed. Use of water from surrounding buildings is prohibited and will result in removal from festival without a refund.


No music allowed in individual booths unless otherwise approved by the event coordinator.


The festival staff reserves the right to reject any organization whose presentation, goals or objectives may be offensive and not in the best interest of the community.


Vehicles are not allowed in the festival area after setup time of over or during the festival hours. This is strictly enforced by the city of Conyers Police Department.


A vendor failing to meet all requirements and regulations may be asked to leave the festival area or will be disqualified.


Application must be completed in full in order to be considered. This requirement is for everyone regardless if you have been a vendor in the past. NO EXCEPTIONS.


DO NOT UNPLUG AP UNITS IN THE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS. The outlets are for the WI-FI in Olde Town. Removal will cause the vendor to lose the outlet without a refund.


Adding items to your display to sell that are not included on you application is prohibited. Double check for accuracy and completeness prior to submission.


INCLEMENT WEATHER: The festival WILL NOT reschedule due to inclement weather. There are no refunds due to inclement weather.


CANCELLATION POLICY: Participant understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the Taste of Spring Festival is held in an open-air venue, which is subject to inclement weather and other acts of God, as well as civil unrest or other unforeseen events. Because of the potential of cancellation as the result of the above, Participant agrees that the city of Conyers and its employees shall not be liable or responsible to Participant in any respect as the result of Participant’s investment/payment to the Olde Town Conyers Fall Festival of money in the event the festival is cancelled due to some unforeseen reason, which is out of the control of the festival. Participant further agrees and acknowledges that in the event the festival or any part is cancelled for any reason, Participant shall not be entitled to the refund of any monies paid to the city of Conyers for the event.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The City of Conyers shall not be liable for any lost profits, lost opportunity, or any other such loss or damages resulting from a direct or indirect reliance upon this agreement, participation in the Taste of Spring Festival, or payment of any fees or deposit. The parties agree that Georgia law shall govern this agreement and any dispute arising from the relationship between the parties to this agreement; and further, any action at law or other judicial or administrative proceeding arising from this agreement may be maintained only in the Superior Court of Rockdale County, Georgia, which shall have proper jurisdiction over any and all such matters and disputes. **This is an electronic agreement and by signing this application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Prices

Application fees $10.00 Non-refundable There is a $10 non-refundable application fee, which is charged upon application.
Food Trucks & Trailers $200.00 Non-refundable This is for Food Trucks or Food Trailers. Single booth space is 30 feet long and 15 feet deep. Electricity is not available for these spaces. Muffled generators are encouraged. Please note, trucks must disconnect from food trailers and move from the festival grounds during the event per the Conyers Police Department.
