About the application

The Summer Concert Series brings live music and community together in downtown Villa Rica with a lineup of high-energy tribute bands celebrating some of the greatest artists and eras in music. These outdoor concerts offer a fun, laid-back atmosphere where guests can enjoy familiar hits performed live, along with local food vendors and a lively, walkable downtown setting.

 

This concert series is held once a month from June - August and brings more than 2,000 patrons each concert.  

 

Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and settle in for an evening of great music, warm summer nights, and community connection in the heart of downtown. If you'd like to purchase a table of 6 or chairs for you and your friends you may do so at freshtix.com.

Terms & Conditions

2026 FOOD VENDOR FEES:

  • 10x10 Food Booth, Food Trailer, Food Truck: $135

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • January 26 - Applications open
  • April 27 - Applications close
  • May 4 - Vendor approval/denial 

VENDOR SALES 

  • Vendors will conduct sales of products or goods directly with the event consumers and shall be entitled to retain 100% of the proceeds from these transactions.
  • Vendors must furnish their own cash bank and credit card processing.
  • Vendors are NOT permitted to sell any alcoholic beverages.

VENDOR HOURS 

  • Doors to the concert open at 6PM with the concert starting at 7:30PM.
  • Vendors must be set up and remain open during the duration of the concert. 

SAFE FOOD MANAGEMENT 

  • Vendors MUST provide a copy of their ServSafe Certificate with application.
  • Vendors must comply with Food Vendor Safety Standards as outlined in this application.  

CANCELLATION 

  • There are NO refunds for no-show or late.
  • Refunds will ONLY be issued if the City of Villa Rica cancels the concert.

ELECTRICITY 

  • NO electricity will be provided.
  • All vendors MUST be self-sufficient.  

VENDOR WASTE 

  • Vendors are responsible for taking care of all waste during the event.
  • Vendors will be responsible for packing up and disposing of their waste themselves.
  • Waste left behind will result in a $100.00 clean up fee which will be charged automatically. 

SITE PLAN / VENDOR LOCATION 

  • Vendor locations will be sent via email one (1) week prior to the event.
  • The City of Villa Rica reserves the right to make modifications to the layout of the event site and booth areas anytime after the final email logistics has been sent or anytime during load in.
  • Vendor area must be confined to the space contracted and provided.
  • Vendor space must not obstruct other exhibits or walk paths.

LOAD IN / LOAD OUT 

  • Vendors will receive information regarding load in and set up the week of the event.
  • Vendors that fail to abide by load in schedule and deadline may risk forfeiture of event space and cancellation of their vendor application.
  • In the event of late shows, NO refunds will be issued and you will not be allowed to enter the perimeter. 

WEATHER 

  • The Villa Rica Summer Concert Series is a rain or shine event.
  • The vendor agrees that in the event of acts of God, storms, floods, high winds, gales or hurricanes that the City of Villa Rica, nor any of its employees or agents shall not be responsible for loss, damage, third party damages, claims or loss to property, persons or vessels.
  • It is the Event Management’s sole and absolute discretion to order an evacuation of the Event, or to take necessary steps to protect public health and property in the event of an act of God, hurricane, or the issuance of a severe weather warning by the National Weather Service.
  • The City of Villa Rica shall have no liability whatsoever for damage, of any nature, to any person, matter, or thing resulting from storm wind or water, or other acts of God, or imminent threat thereof, nor from fire, strikes or lockouts.
