About the event
Terms & Conditions
1. Vendor Booth Access
Each approved vendor will receive one (1) dedicated virtual exhibitor booth within the event’s designated Vendor Hall. Booth access is limited to the event duration and any officially communicated exhibitor access hours.
2. Vendor Listing & Branding
- Vendor participation includes the company name and logo listed in the Vendor Directory.
- Booth customization is limited to: Company description, Company logo and banner, and One external website link
- All submitted branding materials are subject to organizer review and approval to ensure alignment with event standards and policies.
3. Attendee Interaction Tools
- Vendors will have access to the following engagement tools within their assigned booth only: Business card exchange, Lead capture form, and Live text chat with attendees
4. Content Uploads
Vendors may upload the following materials for display within their booth:
- Product brochures (PDF format)
- Case studies or one-pagers
All uploaded content must:
- Be accurate, lawful, and non-misleading
- Comply with intellectual property laws
- Not include offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material
The organizer reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these guidelines without refund.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Vendors will receive basic booth analytics, which may include:
- Number of booth visits
- Clicks and interactions
6. Endorsement:
- Can be seen as a partnership, or endorsement by the event or its organizers
- Include speaking opportunities, media exposure, press mentions, and event-wide branding
- Does not grant access to VIP or executive-only sessions unless separately stated
7. Compliance & Conduct
Vendors agree to:
- Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
- Avoid misleading claims or aggressive solicitation
- Comply with all event rules, platform guidelines, and applicable laws
Failure to comply may result in booth suspension or removal without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
Vendors retain ownership of their submitted materials but grant the organizer a limited, non-exclusive license to display vendor-provided content solely for event-related purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
The event organizer is not responsible for:
- Vendor technical issues
- Connectivity problems
10. Modifications & Termination
The organizer reserves the right to:
- Modify booth features or platform tools if necessary
- Minimally adjust the event due to unforeseen circumstances
- Terminate vendor participation for policy violations
11. Acceptance of Terms
Participation as a vendor constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
