About the event

Montapalooza is a full-day outdoor music festival bringing live music, community energy, and summer vibes to the heart of Winchendon. This community-centered event is designed to celebrate local culture, support the arts, and bring people together for an afternoon of sound, connection, and fun. Hosted at The Robinson Broadhurst Foundation Performing Arts Amphitheater, Montapalooza will feature live music throughout the day, food vendors, community partners, and plenty of space to relax, dance, and enjoy the start of summer. The artist lineup will be announced in the coming months and will feature a mix of local, regional, and crowd-favorite performers across multiple genres. The festival is open to all ages and is designed to be welcoming, accessible, and family-friendly. Whether you are coming to discover new music, support local talent, or simply enjoy a great day in the park, Montapalooza is shaping up to be one of Winchendon’s signature events of 2026.

Terms & Conditions
1. Licensing and Permits:

Vendors must possess all necessary permits and licenses to sell alcohol in the Town of Winchendon, including a temporary alcohol license if required.
Copies of permits/licenses must be submitted with the application and displayed at the event.
Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the sale and distribution of alcohol.
2. Responsible Service:

Vendors are responsible for verifying the legal drinking age of all customers (21+).
Alcohol may only be served in designated areas as defined by event organizers.
Over-serving or serving visibly intoxicated individuals is strictly prohibited.
3. Setup, Operations, and Cleanup:

Setup: Vendors may begin setup at 10:00 AM and must be ready to serve by 12:00 PM.
Operations: Alcohol service must cease at the designated event end time (6:00 PM).
Vendors are responsible for keeping their areas clean and disposing of waste properly.
4. Insurance Requirements:

Vendors must provide proof of general liability insurance that is required by the Town of Winchendon.
5. Liability and Indemnification:

The Town of Winchendon and event organizers are not responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or injury related to vendor operations.
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Winchendon, event organizers, and affiliates from any claims or damages resulting from their participation.
By applying to be an alcohol vendor, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and/or denial of future applications.
