About the event

Montapalooza is a full-day outdoor music festival bringing live music, community energy, and summer vibes to the heart of Winchendon. This community-centered event is designed to celebrate local culture, support the arts, and bring people together for an afternoon of sound, connection, and fun. Hosted at The Robinson Broadhurst Foundation Performing Arts Amphitheater, Montapalooza will feature live music throughout the day, food vendors, community partners, and plenty of space to relax, dance, and enjoy the start of summer. The artist lineup will be announced in the coming months and will feature a mix of local, regional, and crowd-favorite performers across multiple genres. The festival is open to all ages and is designed to be welcoming, accessible, and family-friendly. Terms & Conditions

1. Vendor Requirements:

All vendors must have a valid food permit, and comply with local health regulations.
Approved items for sale must be listed in the application and pre-approved by event organizers.
2. Set-Up, Operations, and Tear-Down:

Set-up starts at 10:00 AM, and vendors must be operational by 11 AM. Tear-down starts after 6:00 PM and must be completed by 7:00 PM.
Vendors are responsible for their own equipment (tables, tents, etc.) and for cleaning their space before leaving.
3. Health, Safety, and Utilities:

Vendors must follow proper food handling and safety guidelines and have a fire extinguisher on-site if cooking.
Limited power and water access may be available upon request during the application process.
4. Payment, Refunds, and Weather Policy:

Vendor fees (if applicable) must be paid in full upon application approval. 
5. Liability and Conduct:

The event organizers and the Town of Winchendon are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during the event.
Vendors are expected to behave professionally and ensure their staff adheres to all guidelines. Violations may result in removal without refund.
