About the application
Curated by Citizens Bank of Edmond, Heard on Hurd (HoH) is an exciting monthly food truck and music festival in the US. Every 3rd Saturday March-October, thousands of attendees venture into the heart of Edmond, Oklahoma. Each month features over 70 food trucks, pop-up shops, non-profits, local shopping, local food, and three live bands.
This application is for non-profit and activity vendors for our 2025 season. There is no fee for non-profits who are giving out free items or free activities. If you charge for your activity, please apply as a retail vendor. Vendors do best when they have an activity or give away to attract attendees. Partisan or political organizations are not allowed.

Heard on Hurd Vendor Terms & Conditions
1. Application & Selection
• We receive more applications than available vendor spots. Applying does not guarantee participation.
• You will be notified if you are selected or placed on a waitlist.
• You will only be charged if selected.
• Payments are due two weeks before each event and are non refundable.
2. Required Permits
All selected vendors must provide:
• A valid Oklahoma Sales Tax Permit
• A valid Health Permit (if applicable)
Proof of permits must be submitted to event organizers upon request.
3. Booth Setup & Equipment
• Vendors are responsible for all booth materials, including tables, chairs, extension cords, displays, signage, etc.
• Free Wi Fi is available but not guaranteed.
• Electricity is not provided. Vendors must supply their own generators.
4. Event Day Procedures
• Vendor setup begins at 4:00 PM on event day.
• All vendors must be fully checked in by 5:00 PM.
• Vendors arriving after 5:00 PM will not be allowed to participate.
5. Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, our team will keep you all informed. Citizens Bank of Edmond does not cancel Heard of Hurd, we only shut down if the city requires us to do so.
6. Agreement to Terms
