  • PLEASE NOTE: Sponsors receiving complimentary booth should not use this form!
  • Pride in the CLE is first and foremost a local community celebration, and we prioritize local businesses as part of that commitment. With the high volume of applications, we’re not able to offer placements to out-of-state applicants at this time.
  • Exhibitor fees include 1 tent (max size of 10 x 10), 1 table, and 2 chairs with options to add on extra chairs/tables.
  • Exhibitors who wish to provide their own tent must bring weights (stakes are NOT permitted) and the tent must not exceed 10 x 10 in size.
  • Access to power is extremely limited, but available for an additional fee when essential.

About the event

Pride in the CLE® is an annual event put on by the LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland and held in Downtown Cleveland, celebrating the city’s vibrant LGBTQ+ community. Pride in the CLE’s signature event is a march demonstrating the community's strength and unity. The march is followed by an all-day festival, featuring a diverse array of vendors and performers. Terms & Conditions

  • I understand that this application does not constitute an agreement of services, but is an application for consideration to participate as an exhibitor (vendor) in Pride in the CLE®.
  • I agree to appear in the time/place that is designated to me by Pride in the CLE® for the entire duration specified.
  • By submitting this application, I am acknowledging that all of the information within is correct and I authorize Pride in the CLE® by way of LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland to contact references to validate the contents of this application.
  • I have - to the best of my ability - selected an accurate exhibitor type.

PAYMENT DETAILS

  • Applicants will receive an update via Eventeny regarding the status of their application. If selected, vendors will have a chance to accept their offered spot. If they accept, applicant will be automatically charged using the card on file. Attempts will be made to reach non-responsive applicants, but spots will be offered to those on the waitlist if deadline to accept is passed.
  • I understand that payment must be submitted prior to the event in order to participate.
  • I understand that previous overdue exhibitor fees must be paid in order to be considered as an exhibitor at this year's Pride in the CLE®.
