Artisan/Retailer Vendor
About the application
We’re excited to invite you to apply to be a part of WellFest 2026, happening on March 20 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Lawrenceville Lawn. This event is focused on students and mental wellness, and we are looking for vendors whose offerings align with the event’s mission of promoting well-being, self-care, and mental health awareness.
This application is for vendors offering original, hand-made items, including but not limited to fine art, photography, prints, decorative items for home, office, garden, or personal use, artisanal goods, and small business services. Examples include candles, custom clothing, essential oils, charm bracelets, and mental wellness-related products or services. We encourage vendors whose work supports relaxation, self-care, mindfulness, and mental health initiatives. Please note, we do not allow vendors offering competing products or those whose services do not align with the event’s mission.
While we plan to host WellFest at Lawrenceville Lawn, which can accommodate up to 40 vendors, inclement weather may require us to move the event to the Lawrenceville Art Center, which has a reduced capacity. As a result, vendor participation may be subject to availability, and we will communicate any changes as soon as possible.
Applications will be reviewed and accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. If a question on the form doesn’t apply to you, simply select N/A and continue. We can’t wait to see what you bring to WellFest 2025 and look forward to partnering in support of student mental wellness!
