Artist/Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in this event!  Please careful review the Terms and Conditions as this has important event information.  Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

I understand that unless otherwise agreed upon, as a vendor I am paying the listed price for a roughly 10x10 outdoor vendor space or a ~7' indoor table space. For outdoor, I must provide my own table, chairs and canopies if desired. If a canopy is set up, weights of at least 20lbs per leg MUST be utilized. For indoor, I must provide any additional tables and any decor along with my merchandise.

I understand that all items I sell must be either handmade or unbranded, unless I am an authorized representative of a brand and can provide verification of such representation.

I understand that these events are indoor/outdoor and will take place rain or shine. I acknowledge that the event organizers are not responsible for any negative consequences incurred due to inclement weather.

I understand that for ticketed events, I am allowed 1 helper.  Each additional helper will need to purchase their own ticket.

I understand that there are no early breakdowns permitted. I understand that I must remain set up until the specified end time for the event, emergencies excepting, unless given express permission by event organizers. I also will not begin setting up prior to designated set up time.

Setup will be January 7th from 3pm-5pm.  Please pull up, unload and park in the lot across the street at the park to leave room for our guests.  If you need help, please let someone know.  We will be happy to assist.  If we have access the evening prior for setup, I will notify you.

I understand that should I cancel, requests must be emailed to riverbendcsnc@gmail.com at least 7 days prior to the scheduled vendor event. If the request is received within this time period, a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be issued. Any cancellation with less than 7 days notice will not be given a refund. Medical issues or any other unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

I understand that neither I nor my representatives may damage or deface any provided equipment, building, parking lot, or surrounding property. In the event of damage, I will be liable for any repairs or replacement costs to the property owner. I agree to leave my vendor space in the same condition in which I found it, removing all trash and debris.

I acknowledge that Riverbend Creative Solutions LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for any theft, damage, or unsellable conditions of items, displays, or equipment. It is my responsibility to secure all items, displays, and equipment at all times.

Furthermore, I am fully responsible for the safety, quality, and legality of the items I sell and/or the services my business provides. I assume all liability for my sales transactions and services rendered, and understand that event organizers are not liable for any negative consequences arising from these activities.

This is an electronic agreement and by electronically signing, you are validating and approving this agreement.  By electronically agreeing, I (the undersigned) affirm that I am of legal age and have the mental capacity to understand and voluntarily agree to the terms of this agreement. I acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participating in this event. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Riverbend Creative Solutions LLC, Riverbend Events, Lyrah Creations, and their affiliates, including their heirs, from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands, damages, costs, losses, and expenses arising from any injury, death, or property damage to myself or my belongings. This includes any claims related to negligence or otherwise during the event, on the event premises, or while traveling to or from the event.

I understand that this agreement is legally binding and I voluntarily consent to its terms.
