About the application
Welcome to Ann Arbor Pride 2026! This year, Ann Arbor Pride will be on August 1st, 2026 from 12pm-9pm in Downtown Ann Arbor. This year, we will be using this site, Eventeny, for all our information! Below you will find where you can submit your information for consideration and the prices per booth.
Each booth will be 10x10. You will have the option to reserve more than one spot if needed. You will also have the option to reserve an 8ft table, 2 chairs, and a tent if you need them as well!
Attached below you will also find our vendor agreement. If you are a returning vendor, you will remember this agreement from last year. Please read through this agreement carefully as some information has changed. By clicking submit, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
PLEASE NOTE FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS: Pricing for food and beverage vendors is not listed below. Please submit your vendor application and we will be in touch to go over pricing.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
Application & Selection
- Approval: Submission of an application does not guarantee a spot. The Organizer
reserves the right to select vendors that best align with the mission of LGBTQ+ advocacy
and community support. - Exclusivity: No vendor is granted exclusive rights to sell a specific type of product or
service unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Fees & Deadlines
- Payment: All vendor fees must be paid in full by the deadline specified in the acceptance
notification. - Refund Policy: Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event may receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for "no-shows" or cancellations made within 30 days of the
event.
Booth Operations & Logistics
- Assigned Space: Vendors must stay within their designated 10' x 10' (or otherwise
specified) footprint. Encroaching on walkways or neighboring booths is prohibited. - Load-In/Load-Out: Vendors must adhere to the specific load-in times provided by the
Vendor Coordinator. Vehicles must be moved to designated parking areas immediately
after unloading. - Cleanliness: Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean. All trash must be
disposed of in designated bins at the end of the event.
Permitting & Compliance
- Sales Tax: Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting Michigan Sales Tax as
required by law. - Prohibited Items: The sale or distribution of glass bottles, tobacco/vaping products,
illegal substances, or weapons is strictly prohibited.
Community Conduct
- Inclusivity: Ann Arbor Pride is a "Safe Space." Vendors, their staff, and volunteers must
treat all attendees with respect regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, race, or
ability. - Political/Religious Activity: Vendors may not engage in proselytizing or aggressive
political campaigning that disrupts the celebratory and inclusive nature of the event.
Power & Equipment
- Electricity: Power is generally not provided unless requested and paid for in advance.
Vendors may not use loud, gas-powered generators. - Supplies: Unless otherwise stated, vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents,
tables, chairs, and weights. Tents must be weighted (usually 25–40 lbs per leg) to
comply with Ann Arbor safety codes for wind.
Liability & Insurance
- Liability: The Jim Toy Community Center and the City of Ann Arbor are not responsible
for lost, stolen, or damaged property. - Indemnification: The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from
any claims arising from the Vendor's operations or products.
