Vendor Application

Downtown Milford Inc. is inviting arttists, craftsmen and home craft vendors to the Bug and Bud Festival.

Set up and location information will be sent the first week of April along with locations for parking. Vendor set up will begin at 7 AM. Please DO NOT arrive before 7 AM as the streets will not be closed and volunteers will not be on site.

All vendors must be set up by 8:15 AM. No vendor vehicles will be permitted to enter the festival area after 8:15 AM. All vehicles must be moved from the festial area by that time as well.

This is a rain or shine event. Once the application is accepted, there will be NO REFUNDS ISSUED. If something comes up and you are unable to attend, you can have someone else man your booth.

We cannot offer electric connections for vendors. Please plan accordingly.

Any vendor selling edible items MUST provide a copy of their health department certification WITH this application. A copy must be on file with Downtown MIlford Inc. before the festival or your application will be cancelled and no refund issued. A copy of the certification must also be displayed the day of the festival.

Home artist - in order to be considered a home artist, you can only sell items you make yourself. You cannot sell items purchased from national suppliers (Scentsy, Pampered Chef, etc.). 

Artisan or Craftsman - an artisan or craftsmen sells items they purchase from national suppliers.

Small Food Vendor - small food vendors do not have generators, do not need electric and sell small food items (lemonade, baked goods, popcorn, candy, etc.)

Large Food Vendor - large food vendors are food trucks, trailers or tents that use generators and sell meals (hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, chicken, etc.)

Non-Profits and downtown businesses do not pay for their space. However, because the system requires us to put a price in the cost, we made it $1. In order to not pay the fee, enter discount code FREE when prompted.
