We estimate 10,000-12,000 visitors at the festival.
The Lavender Festival at The Lavender Apple farm in Millville, Utah is a family-friendly event celebrating the lavender harvest at our farm.
Guests come to have a lavender farm experience, explore handmade lavender products, and indulge in delicious food and beverages from local vendors.
With a diverse crowd ranging from families to lavender enthusiasts, this event offers a fantastic opportunity for food trucks to showcase their specialties and connect with a supportive community.
Power and water are not provided
We will have an ice truck available on site with ice bags available to purchase.
Limited spots available; selection is based on menu variety and event fit.
Food Types Sought: We welcome a variety of cuisines, including those that complement lavender themes (e.g., floral-inspired dishes, farm-fresh ingredients, and desserts)
Permits & Licensing: Vendors must have a valid food handler’s permit, business license, and necessary health department approvals for food service.
Fee & Payment: The application deadline is March 13,2026. We will notify you by March 20 to let you know if you were accepted as a food vendor. Your credit card will be charged $325 on March 31 if you are accepted as a vendor. The vendor fee is non-refundable after April 10.
Setup & Breakdown: Trucks must be set up before the festival opens and remain operational throughout the event. Cleanup must be completed before leaving.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
1. Application & Approval
All food trucks must submit a completed application for approval. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
Selection is based on menu variety, quality, and compatibility with the festival theme.
Approved vendors will receive confirmation and payment details.
2. Fees & Payment
A $325 non-refundable vendor fee is required to secure your space. Payment must be made by the deadline provided upon approval.
3. Permits & Compliance
Food vendors must have all required business licenses, food handling permits, and health department approvals. Proof of compliance must be provided before the event.
Vendors must follow all local health and safety regulations, including proper food storage, preparation, and disposal practices.
Failure to comply with health and safety requirements may result in removal from the festival without refund.
4. Setup & Breakdown
Food vendors may set up July 9, the day before the event or July 10 before 9am. Late arrivals may forfeit their spot.
Food trucks must remain open and operational for the full duration of the festival.
Cleanup must be completed before departure. A dumpster will be available to food trucks for removal of their garbage.
5. Equipment & Power
Food trucks must be self-sufficient.
Generators must be quiet and well-maintained to minimize noise disturbances.
Vendors must bring all necessary equipment, including extension cords, serving supplies, and handwashing stations.
6. Health & Safety
Vendors must maintain clean and sanitary workspaces at all times.
Proper fire safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers) must be on hand.
Any spills, grease disposal, or fire hazards must be managed immediately and reported to festival staff if necessary.
Smoking is not allowed within the vendor area.
7. Sales & Pricing
Vendors are responsible for their own pricing, payment processing, and sales tax collection.
The festival does not provide a centralized payment system; vendors must be able to accept cash and/or electronic payments.
Vendors must clearly display pricing for all menu items.
8. Conduct & Customer Service
Vendors must treat all festival attendees, staff, and fellow vendors with respect and professionalism.
Aggressive sales tactics, loud or disruptive music, and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
9. Weather & Cancellation Policy
The festival is a rain-or-shine event. Vendors should prepare for various weather conditions.
In the case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, The Lavender Apple reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the festival.
Refunds are not provided for weather-related cancellations unless otherwise stated.
10. Liability & Insurance
Vendors participate at their own risk. The Lavender Apple is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Vendors must carry their own liability insurance and may be required to provide proof of coverage.
The Lavender Apple is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or food-related illnesses that occur as a result of vendor operations.
11. Exclusivity & Menu Restrictions
The festival aims to provide a diverse food selection. While exclusivity is not guaranteed, efforts will be made to avoid duplicate offerings.
Vendors may be asked to adjust their menu to reduce direct competition with other vendors.
12. Agreement Acknowledgment
By participating in the Lavender Festival, food truck vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
