It’s time to get brined and ready for the 2nd Annual Karbach Brewing Pickle Festival!

 

If you offer pickle(d)-forward creations or offer pickle-themed goods, snacks, sauces, merch, or other dilltastic items, we want to see what you’ve got.

From classic crunches to spicy kicks, sweet-and-sour favorites, and unexpected pickle-inspired dill, this is your moment to share your flavor.

 

This years festival is shaping up to be a big dill, with even more exiting surprises. We’d love for you to be part of the pickle-packed fun.

 

About the event

It's Pickle Time at Karbach again and as always, it's kinda a Big Dill! If you Love everything Pickle, than this is the event for YOU! Join us at the 2nd Annual Karbach Brewing Pickle Festival, May 24th from 11am-6pm at Karbach Brewing where we will celebrate all things pickled! From Pickle Shots to Pickle Pizza and everything pickled in between. Vendors with a large variety of pickled items and so much more. Put on your finest pickle attire for a chance to be the winner of our pickle costume contest. Pickle building craft and activities for the kids. Join us in the fun of all the contests: Pickle Partner Toss Pickle Juice Chugging Contest Pickle Eating Competition Costume Contest and Crowd Favorite winner announcements! 4 Pickled Competitions: -Best Spicy Pickled -Best Exotic Pickled -Best Bread & Butter Pickle -Crowd Favorite Details are still brewing. Setup Time: 9:00am - 11:00am

Event Time: 11:00am - 6:00pm

Take Down Time: No earlier than 6:00pm 

 

1. This event will be held at Karbach Brewing 2032 Karbach Street Houston,TX 77092 by Judith Smith with ATC Event Management.

 

2. This is an Outdoor Event. Tables, Chairs, Table Coverings or Canopies are Not provided at this location and is the responsibility of the vendor to provide and set up.

 

3. Please note: Submitting your application will NOT guarantee a Vendor Booth, only payment will secure a reserved spot.  NO spot will be reserved until payment has been received.  Payment is non-refundable.

 

4. Cost for a 10x10 Outdoor Space is $80.00. Cost for Food Vendor space up to 24ft is $150.00 including electricity 

 

5. Electricity for 10x10 spaces are limited and cost an additional $20.00. Vendor will have to provide their own extension cord.

 

6. This is a rain or shine event and payment is non-refundable. Payment must be received in order to hold vendor space. Spots will be held on a first pay basis.

 

7. Applications may be rejected in order to prevent duplicated booths to create a diverse market for vendors and customers.

 

8. Vendors agree to respect the event set up and take down times. Early take down will result in a ban from future events held by ATC Event Management.

 

9. This events theme is everything Pickle(d) and we ask that all vendors decorate their rented space according to the theme. 

 

10. Political products are strictly prohibited, including items supporting or opposing candidates, parties, or ideologies. Vendors displaying such items risk immediate removal from the event.

 

11.Special requests will try to be accommodated and extra charges will be passed to the vendor if applicable.

 

12. Vendor is responsible to obtain their own permits and agree to abide by all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, public safety, insurance, business licenses, any health and sales tax permits. 

 

13. Vendors who operate under the cottage law are required to have all labeling, batch # and records with all information as required under the cottage law available if needed. 

 

14. Vendors are only allowed to display and sell goods/crafts identified on application and approved by organizer. No booth sharing is allowed.

 

15. Vendor is responsible for any damage they or their product causes to the rented space during this event.

 

16. Space location may be assigned to each vendor. 

 

17. Vendors may do their own giveaways.

 

18. ATC, Karbach Brewing its volunteers and agents will NOT be responsible and cannot be held liable for theft or accidents. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless its volunteers or agents from any and all claims, causes of actions, suits, damages, injuries and losses to any person or goods arising out of or connected in any way with the event.

Foot Truck Space $150.00 Non-refundable This is for a food truck space up to 24ft, including electricity.
Promotional Booth Space $150.00 Non-refundable This is a 10x10 booth space for any company wanting to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
