FOR PROFIT & NON PROFIT VENDOR APPLICATION
This vendor application is for Bear Village at Richardson Park on April 4, 2026 during Lauderdale Tropical Bear Week.
For 2026 the headliner taking the stage to end he day wil be Horse Meat Dicso. Thanks to their popularity HMD sells out every show. We expecct this headliner to double the attendance for this keystone event of Lauderdale Tropical Bear Week. With a our low ticket prices, we expect to sell out as well.
Each 10' x 10'' space comes with:
- 10 x 10 pop-up canopy,
- 8' table with black table linen
- 2 folding chairs
- 1 light for general lighting
- Up to 100 watts of power less than 75 feet from the booth
Vendor may sell or promote any product, service, event, club or movement that aligns with the spitir of Lauderdale Tropical Bear Wek.
The producer's reserve the right to reject any appplication with or without cause.
Please apply with clear photos, pricing, and any setup needs. Please read the terms and conditions carefully as there are specific requirements listed along with load-in and load-out times and instructions will be provided upon acceptance;

There will be no refunds due to weather. No refunds will be issued for any vendor fees where the vendor has failed to provide documents as required here or has failed to comply with any licensing or permitting requirements of any local, state or federal government entity.
