About the application
Welcome! Please use this application to be considered as a vendor/exhibitor for the Downtown Littleton Block Party 2026.
We’re looking for a great mix of local makers, small businesses, and community organizations—including handmade goods, art, apparel, gifts, wellness, and fun pop-up retail experiences.
Space is limited and vendors will be carefully selected to create a balanced lineup in order to ensure a successful event for all. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
If approved, you’ll receive confirmation and detailed setup/load-in instructions closer to the event.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, the vendor (“Applicant”) agrees to the following terms:
1) Application & Selection
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
A $25 non-refundable application fee is required of all applicants.
Vendors are selected to create a balanced mix of offerings and a great attendee experience.
The event team reserves the right to accept or decline any application.
2) What’s Allowed
Vendors may sell retail goods and promote their business/services within their booth space.
Vendors must accurately represent what they are selling in the application.
3) What’s Not Allowed
No counterfeit goods or unlicensed branded merchandise.
No illegal items or prohibited products.
No amplified sound, generators, or open flames unless approved in advance.
4) Booth Setup & Operations
Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, weights, and display materials (including lights if desired). Weights on tents are a minimum of 20 pounds per leg. No drilling or staking allowed.
Booths must be professional, safe, and kept within the assigned footprint.
Vendors must keep their space clean and manage trash appropriately.
5) Setup, Event Hours & Breakdown
Vendors must follow load-in/load-out instructions and remain open during assigned event hours unless otherwise approved by event staff.
6) Weather & Event Changes
This is a rain-or-shine event.
The event team may adjust layout or vendor placement due to safety or operational needs.
7) Liability
Vendors assume responsibility for their own property and participation.
The event organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
8) Community Standards
Downtown Littleton Block Party is a community-centered celebration designed to be welcoming and enjoyable for all. Vendors are expected to engage respectfully and keep outreach positive.
- No aggressive solicitation, harassment, or confrontational behavior
- Stay within your assigned booth space (no blocking walkways or soliciting outside of your assigned space)
- Handouts/petitions must be distributed from your booth only
- Sound must remain at a reasonable volume
- Event staff may require adjustments to signage, materials, or booth behavior if they are creating disruption or conflict.
By submitting this application, the Applicant acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
