The Official Trout Festival of Georgia returns to downtown city park in Blue Ridge, Georgia, gathering fishermen, river sports enthusiasts, and outdoor recreation fans and their families for fun, food, activities, entertainment, shopping and recreational services, while increasing the public's knowledge of trout and the cold-water conservation associated with Trout Unlimited.

 

Up to 140 exhibitor spaces provide participation for retailers/services/agencies/non-profits to participate in the all-volunteer, fundraising event that combines fishing -- especially trout fishing/fly-fishing -- with services that engage mountain biking, hiking, camping , kayaking, paddling and boating. Retail exhibitors present wildlife-oriented art/housewares/decor, outdoor recreation gear, outfitters/guide services/information, foods and beverages. Non-profit exhibitors present services and resources associated with community outreach programs.

 

Net proceeds of "Trout Fest 2026" support cold-water conservation, education, recreation and community outreach programs/services funded (all or in part) by Blue Ridge Mountain Trout Unlimited #696.

The all-volunteer, fundraising event combines fishing -- especially trout fishing/fly-fishing -- with services and resources that engage fishing, mountain biking, hiking, camping , kayaking, paddling and boating. And the return of the TROUT FEST ACTIVITY ZONE and staged concerts at the TROUT FEST SOUND STAGE top the day in the historic, downtown district of Blue Ridge. Net proceeds of Trout Fest support cold-water conservation, education, recreation and community outreach programs funded (all or in part) by Blue Ridge Mountain Trout Unlimited #696.

All exhibitors and non-profits must be approved by the Blue Ridge Trout Festival & Outdoor Adventures Committee (BRTF EVENT COMMITTEE), which reserves the right to permit exhibitors and limit activities of exhibitors at its sole discretion. Only exhibitors, organizations and products that are approved by the BRTF EVENT COMMITTEE will be permitted. 

 

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS – All exhibitors are required to assign to the event host a Certificate of Insurance proof of liability insurance upon approval of the Exhibitor Application. Insurance minimums: Each Occurrence — $1M/Personal & ADV Injury — $1M/General Aggregate — $2M/Products — $2M/Comp, Opp agg. Exhibitors classified as “Hazardous” or with additional risk (visitor-engaged activities) shall name the event host as “Additional Insured.”

 

Booth location will be assigned by BRTF EVENT COMMITTEE. One Exhibitor per booth space; sharing of booth space is not allowed.

 

Exhibitors must exhibit from 10 am to 4:30 pm but may exhibit for the duration of the festival (until 6 pm). There is no rain make-up date – come prepared for rain or shine. Booth must always be open and manned during festival hours. Exhibitors are responsible for booth set-up, break-down and security of your property. 

 

BRTF EVENT COMMITTEE reserves the right to ask any exhibitor to remove any work or exhibit deemed not acceptable by the BRTF EVENT COMMITTEE at the sole discretion of the BRTF EVENT COMMITTEE. The BRTF EVENT COMMITTEE reserves the right to remove from our mailing list and social-media channels any exhibitors who display unprofessional behavior.
