This application is exclusively for individuals who want to participate in the Plus-Size Closet Sale portion of the market. We are looking for girlies who have clothing in sizes L and up to sell, including shoes and accessories.

Important Details:

This is not a vendor application
Participants may only sell items from their personal closet that fall within the size L and up category
No handmade goods, resale businesses, or food items are allowed under this application
If you sell anything outside of this category, you must apply through the Maker Application instead
All participants must bring their own setup (rack, table, hangers, signage, etc.)

Discounted Participation Fee:
This section of the market is offered at a discounted rate to encourage wide participation and create an inclusive, fun shopping experience.

 Vendors Wanting to Participate Too?
Prospective makers/vendors who would also like to participate in the closet sale may complete this application as well. If accepted, we will offer a discounted add-on fee to join the closet sale. See fees in this app.

Please note:

The Maker Market and Plus-Size Closet Sale may be placed in separate designated areas
While we will do our best to accommodate placement requests, we cannot guarantee that both sections will be located together

Plus-Size Closet Sale Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility & Product Guidelines
This application is exclusively for individuals selling items from their personal closet.
All clothing items must be women’s sizes L and up.
Participants may sell clothing, shoes, and accessories only.
No handmade items, resale businesses, wholesale products, food, or services are permitted under this application.
Any participant found selling items outside of the approved category will be required to stop sales immediately and may be removed from the event without refund.

2. This Is Not a Vendor Application
The Plus-Size Closet Sale is not a vendor market.
Individuals or businesses selling products outside of personal closet items must apply through the Maker Application instead.
Submitting the incorrect application may result in denial or removal from the event.

3. Vendor Add-On Participation
Approved makers/vendors who wish to also participate in the closet sale must submit this application separately.
If accepted, a discounted add-on fee will be offered.
The Maker Market and Plus-Size Closet Sale will be placed in separate designated areas.
While placement requests may be considered, co-location between the two sections is not guaranteed.

4. Fees & Payments
Participation fees are discounted to encourage inclusive and wide participation.
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including cancellations due to personal conflicts, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Failure to submit payment by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of the spot.

5. Set-Up Requirements
Participants must provide their own setup, including but not limited to:

Clothing racks
Tables or display fixtures
Hangers
Signage
STX Markets does not provide tables, racks, chairs, or extension cords for closet sale participants.

6. Conduct & Presentation
Participants are expected to maintain a clean, organized, and respectful selling space.
Clothing should be clean and in sellable condition.
Any inappropriate behavior, excessive disruption, or unsafe setup may result in removal from the event.

7. Acceptance & Placement
Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance.STX Markets reserves the right to:

Limit the number of participants
Curate categories and sizing balance
Assign final placement for optimal flow and experience

8. Liability
Participants are responsible for their own belongings at all times.
STX Markets is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items, personal injury, or accidents during the event.

9. Media & Promotion
By participating, you grant STX Markets permission to use photos and videos taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.

10. Final Acknowledgment
By submitting this application, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed above.
