FOOD TRUCK Application Fall

Market hours are from 11-4, set up starts at 9am

DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY WITHOUT EXPLICIT PRIOR APPROVAL. 

 You will receive this info in the Vendor Newsletter.

Breakdown should be complete no later than 5pm. Plan on breaking down your event (no breakdowns prior to 4pm) and THEN going getting your car to load. 

Regarding this new process: 

If you have special requests  please request in special instructions even if you've previously emailed or told me. 

You will only be charged if you are approved. 

Approved applications will be automatically charged on the listed date which will be about a month to 3 weeks prior to the event (the specific date will be listed on each event date when you check out). If you are applying after said listed date, you will be automatically charged if/when you are approved. 

If you need extra help, please don't hesitate to reach out to me via eventeny. 

All spaces are 10x10- if you need additional space, please describe in comments and you will be contacted.

 Must have own Tent, and Tent weights. NO REFUNDS- Markets held Rain or Shine.You are responsible for removing yourself from an event BY MESSAGINF VIA EVENTENY prior to the charge date if you are no longer attending. The charge dates are listed when you check out. There are NO REFUNDS after that date. Your email will be added to the communication newsletter that will have pertinent event information, and never sold. Communications will happen between the newsletter and this platform.
