About the application
PLEASE PLEASE fill out ALL applicable fields, specifically if you are a new vendor. I need the information in order to provide a full experience.. If you do not provide any information about what you are selling/marketing, you will be waitlisted until you do. If you do not share social/website/photos/logos, I will not be able to promote your business.
NightMarket hours are from 5-9, set up starts at 2:45pm.
Day Market hours are 11-4, set up starts at 8:30
DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY WITHOUT EXPLICIT PRIOR APPROVAL.
You will receive info regarding set up in the Vendor Newsletter.
Plan on unloading, then going to park, and then setting up.
Breakdown should be complete no later than 1 hour past market close. Plan on breaking down your event (no breakdowns prior to market close) and THEN going getting your car to load.
Some Notes:
ALL cancellations & event related communications MUST be through Eventeny Messages.
If you have special requests ( a request for a specific row, space for a trailer, etc) please request in special instructions even if you've previously emailed or told me.
You will only be charged if you are approved.
Approved applications will be automatically charged on the listed date which will be about a month to 3 weeks prior to the event (the specific date will be listed on each event date when you check out). If you are applying after said listed date, you will be automatically charged if/when you are approved.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
All spaces are 10x10- If anything larger, you must request & pay for the number of spaces you will take up. Must have own Tent, and Tent weights. NO REFUNDS- Markets held Rain or Shine.You are responsible for messaging VIA EVENTENY to remove yourself from an event prior to the charge date if you are no longer attending. The charge dates are listed when you check out. There are NO REFUNDS after that date.
If you delete Eventeny, it does not delete you from events you've applied for and YOU WILL BE CHARGED.
The week of the event (typically 4-5 days prior) You will recieve a map and message via Eventeny Messenger that has day of instructions attached.
