About the application

The City of West Hollywood is accepting applications for exhibitors interested in participating in the 2026 WeHo Pride Street Fair.

 

Before starting your application, please ensure you have read and understood all of the information provided below.

About the event

The WeHo Pride Street Fair is a free and open-to-the-public event that will take place along Santa Monica Blvd on June 6 & 7, 2026, featuring exhibitor booths, vendors, entertainment stages, and sponsor activations. The event attracts tens of thousands of attendees, with programming taking roughly between Hancock and La Peer, from 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM on both days. The WeHo Pride Street Fair is an inclusive, vibrant, and welcoming community space that celebrates LGBTQ+ pride, culture, and visibility. The event aims to engage the WeHo community through interactive activities, educational resources, and opportunities that support LGBTQ+ individuals, community organizations, businesses, and artists. By fostering connection, creativity, and empowerment, the WeHo Pride Street Fair enhances LGBTQ+ community pride and promotes a safe and fun environment for all participants. Selected and confirmed exhibitors must adhere to the City’s event requirements and agree to the event policies and procedures.

This application is for interest only and does not guarantee selection to participate. Selected exhibitors will be notified by the City and provided further details and instructions.

Exhibitor Fees: 

Exhibitors that are selected will be required to pay a non-refundable fee.  There is no payment due to submit an application. Any required payment to participate as a WeHo Pride Street Fair Exhibitor will follow the fee outline for approved Exhibitors: 

  • City of West Hollywood Incorporated Businesses: $800 (subject to approval and available space)
  • Government Agencies: $800 (subject to approval and available space)
  • Artists/Merchants: $800 (subject to approval and available space)
  • Exhibitor Sponsors (all other businesses): $2,500 (subject to approval and available space)
  • Not-for-Profit/501c3 Non-Profit/Community Group: FREE (subject to approval and available space) As in previous years, the City will have a limited number of complimentary booth spaces available. The groups that are not selected for a complimentary booth that are considered Not-for-Profit/501c3 Non-Profit/Community Groups, will be offered the $800 rate, if approved for participation. 

Prices listed are for 10x10 booth spaces.

 

Merchants intending to sell items during WeHo Pride must possess a current and valid business tax certificate (at an additional fee) and must obtain a Temporary Peddlers Permit, at an additional cost. 

 

The Exhibitor fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the City.

 

Exhibitor Spaces:

Exhibitor spaces are 10’x10’. Exhibitors are required to have a minimum of two representatives per Exhibitor space for the entire duration of the WeHo Pride Street Fair; the event hours are Saturday, June 6, and Sunday, June 7, from 12PM until 8PM. A representative must also be present during designated set-up and load-out times. 


The City of West Hollywood reserves the right to approve or deny any Exhibitor items for distribution or sale, in accordance with City policy and community standards. The distribution and/or sale of tobacco, vaping products, cannabis, alcohol, and weapons are strictly prohibited. 

 

Application Process:

The DEADLINE to submit applications is April 15, 2026

 

Applications will be reviewed and selected exhibitors will be notified via email with further instructions. The City reserves the right to limit the number of exhibitors for the event or for any particular category and completing an application does NOT constitute acceptance or guarantee participation. 

 

Exhibitors may fit a variety of criteria to bring a range of offerings:

  • Demonstrated connection to the West Hollywood community
  • Demonstrated connection to the LGBTQ+ community
  • Alignment with the City’s purpose and messaging related to the WeHo Pride Street Fair
  • Ability to provide high-quality, unique offerings that contribute to a diverse, community-centered experience 

The above criteria is not determinative and the City reserves the right, at its sole discretion to select exhibitors as it deems necessary.

 

Notification of selection will be provided on or before April 30, 2026. Upon approval, you will receive an invoice with payment link and due date in order to secure your 10x10 exhibitor space. Failure to remit payment in a timely manner may result in forfeiture of approved booth space. 

 

Selected exhibitors will also be required to submit additional documents such as copies of insurance and a valid business license, if applicable.

  • Merchants intending to sell items during WeHo Pride: Any individual conducting business within the City of West Hollywood must possess a current and valid business tax certificate (at an additional fee). If your application is approved, it will be mandatory to obtain a business tax certificate if your business does not already hold one.Additional information about the business tax certificate process can be found at https://www.weho.org/business/business-resources/business-tax- certificate-application-process. Additionally, all merchants will be required to obtain a Temporary Peddlers Permit. Approved businesses engaging in sales must complete this process no later than May 15, 2026.
