About the application
The Grove City Town Center hosts a Food Truck Festival every other Friday from May through October (with one Saturday event on June 20). The festival draws an estimated 4,000 - 5,000 attendees per event and features a vibrant lineup of food trucks located throughout the Town Center along Broadway, Park Street and Columbus Street. This popular community event offers exceptional exposure in a walkable, high-traffic downtown setting filled with shopping, entertainment and family-friendly activitiies.
We have added one more date - June 12th!

Set up begins at 2PM and the event ends at 9PM.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Friendly reminder: We do NOT provide water or electricity.
All fees and payments for the event are non-refundable. These payments secure your reservation and cover initial costs incurred by the event organizer in preparation for the event, regardless of whether you attend or cancel.
1. Vendor will be present and fully operational at the Event on the
date(s) indicated above. Vendor will be provided with a space from
which to sell your goods from your food truck. Vendor is responsible
for securing all required permits and licenses.
2. Vendor will:
(a)Provide all food merchandise and staff.
(b)Provide services at times stated above on the date of the Event.
(c)Follow all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
(d)Work from the space you are assigned.
(e)Appropriate fire extinguisher equipment must be inside your truck
and readily accessible during the Event.
(f) All bagged trash must be taken with you.
3. Operations and Damages: Vendor is fully responsible for ensuring that your assigned space at the Event is left in the same condition at the end of the Event as when you arrived. Any damage to the Event
location caused by the Vendor or Vendor employees or agents will be fully remedied at Vendor’s expense.
4. Weather Policy: The Event will operate rain or shine; however, the
Event may be cancelled due to inclement weather as determined in
the Grove City Town Center’s sole and absolute discretion.
Notification of cancellation will be provided by the Grove City Town
Center. The Event may or may not be rescheduled for a later date.
5. Security: Vendor assumes all risk of loss of damage merchandise or other property, regardless of cause. The Grove City Town Center is not responsible for property that is lost, stolen, or damaged.
6. Media Release: By signing this Food Truck Vendor Agreement, and by participating in the Event, you agree to the following statement: At this event, photos and videos may be recorded. By attending this event, you may be included in these photos and videos. Your attendance at this event grants your permission to be in these photos or videos, which may be used for educational, archival or promotional purposes.
The undersigned has read and agrees with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and certifies that it is authorized to sign on behalf of and bind the Vendor.
