Kick off Pride Weekend along the water with live music, local vendors, and vibrant community energy. This waterfront concert and market blends sound, style, and connection against a stunning evening backdrop.
Key Information for registration:
- St Pete Pride provides a 10'x10' booth space, and does not include tables, chairs, a tent, nor electricity.
- Quiet generators are allowed at vendor spaces.
- You may edit registration after submission and approval. This includes, but is not limited to:
- day of event contact information
- company Logo: Eventeny ONLY accepts JPEG (.jpg) files for logo uploads. Your application will error if any other file format is used
- company URL
- non-profit documentation
- certificate of insurance
- Certificate of Insurance (CIO) information is below. You will have the option to upload your COI or purchase insurance through Eventeny.
- Vendor Setup and Load-In starts at 10:30 AM and will be by zones in 30 increments (to be communicated prior to the event).
- The festival starts at 06:00 PM and ends at 10:00 PM
- Vendor Breakdown and Load-Out starts at 10:00 PM.
Insurance Information:
Vendors are required to carry Commercial General Liability coverage with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.
Vendors are required to provide proof of insurance naming St Pete Pride, Inc as a certificate holder, along with below organizations as additional Named Insured.
