Exhibitor/Vendor 2026

We are thrilled to announce the 16th Annual Senior Health and Fitness Fair, organized by the Hawaii United Okinawa Association. We warmly invite your organization to join us in offering valuable resources on healthy living, financial planning, and recreational activities for the senior community aged 60 and above, along with their families and caregivers. Your involvement will not only enhance the experience for attendees but also provide excellent networking opportunities for your business. We eagerly anticipate collaborating with you at the Hawaii Okinawa Center in Waipio.

Attendance for this event is FREE.

We are accepting applications on a first-come, first-served basis.

Detailed setup instructions and booth assignments will be provided no later than two weeks before the event.

Indemnification Statement: The undersigned agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Hawaii United Okinawa Association and its employees, boards, officers, members, volunteers, agents, and attorneys from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, or damages or any nature, including attorney fees arising out of, or in any way connected with performance of, the Agreement by the undersigned, the undersigned’s agents, officers, employees, subcontractors, or independent contractors hired by the undersigned.
This indemnity shall apply to all claims and liability regardless of whether any  insurance policies are applicable. The policy limits do not act as a limitation upon the amount of indemnification to be provided by the undersigned.

Cancellation Without Fee: Before March 27, 2026

No Refunds After: March 27, 2026
