Celebrate the beginning of fall with two relaxed, flavor-filled days at Wildside Winery as we honor one of Kentucky’s favorite harvests — apples.
Join us Saturday and Sunday, August 22–23, 2026 for a family-friendly weekend of orchard air, fresh apples, warm desserts, chilled wine slushees, and vineyard views.
Event Highlights
Complimentary You-Pick Apples
Stroll through our apple orchard and pick your own crisp, juicy apples straight from the trees while supplies last. A simple, nostalgic fall experience for all ages.
Apple Pie Wine Slushees
Sweet, spiced, and refreshingly chilled, these seasonal slushees blend apple pie flavor with Wildside wine.
Apple Cobbler
Warm, buttery apple cobbler will be available throughout the weekend, made with fresh apples and served hot.
Wildside Wines
Enjoy Wildside’s full wine menu, crafted on site and designed to pair beautifully with all things apple.
Live Music All Weekend
The music lineup will be announced soon. Expect relaxed, vineyard-friendly performances designed to complement a laid-back fall atmosphere.

Vendor Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all vendors participating in Apple Fest at Wildside Winery, held August 22–23, 2026 at 5500 Troy Pike, Versailles, KY.
By submitting an application, vendors agree to the following:
1. Event Overview
Apple Fest is a family-friendly harvest celebration featuring apples, wine, food, live music, and curated shopping. Wildside Winery reserves the right to limit or select vendors in each category to maintain a balanced, high-quality guest experience.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
2. Vendor Spaces
Vendor spaces are located outdoors on winery grounds unless otherwise specified.
Wildside Winery assigns all booth locations and layouts. Vendors may not change or expand their assigned footprint.
Electricity is not guaranteed unless approved in advance.
Vendors must provide their own:
Tables and chairs
Tents (white or neutral preferred)
Tent weights (required)
Display materials
Extension cords if power is approved
3. Setup and Breakdown
Setup times and arrival instructions will be sent prior to the event.
Vendors must be fully set up before the event opens each day and remain open during all posted event hours.
Early breakdown is not permitted without approval.
All vendors must leave their space clean and free of trash or damage.
4. Products and Sales
Only items listed in the approved application may be sold.
No outside alcohol may be sold or distributed.
Food vendors must comply with all Kentucky and local health department regulations and carry appropriate permits.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting all applicable sales tax.
Wildside Winery reserves the right to remove any vendor selling unapproved, unsafe, offensive, or inappropriate items.
5. Payments and Refunds
Vendor fees are charged automatically upon approval.
All fees are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation, weather, or no-show.
This is a rain-or-shine event.
6. Weather and Event Changes
Apple Fest will take place rain or shine.
No refunds will be issued due to weather, low attendance, or Acts of God.
If Wildside Winery must cancel the event for safety or emergency reasons, vendor fees may be refunded or credited toward a future Wildside Winery event at Wildside’s discretion.
7. Liability and Insurance
Vendors participate at their own risk.
Wildside Winery, its owners, employees, and partners are not responsible for theft, damage, injury, or loss of inventory or equipment.
Vendors agree to hold Wildside Winery harmless from any claims related to their participation.
Some vendors may be required to provide proof of general liability insurance.
8. Marketing and Photography
By participating, vendors grant Wildside Winery permission to photograph and record their booths and products for marketing and promotional use.
9. Conduct
Wildside Winery is a family-friendly, inclusive environment.
Vendors must behave professionally, treat staff and guests respectfully, and follow all winery staff instructions.
Wildside Winery reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates these terms without refund.
10. Agreement
By submitting an application and allowing payment processing, vendors confirm they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Picture requirements
