Rock/Gem Vendor

Complete this application if you will be selling rocks, gems, minerals, or fossils. NO vertebrate fossils or dinosaur bones will be allowed to be sold at this event.

1. Vendor space is free this year!
2. The sale of vertebrate fossils including dinosaur bones is not allowed at the event.
3. Spaces are 10’x10’, however vendors may expand their footprint at no extra charge. Please let us know if you would like more space and we will accommodate if the space is available. 
4. The market is set up outside the museum entrance.
5. Vendors are responsible for their own display. The festival cannot provide tables, chairs, pop-up tents, or power to any booths. Please plan accordingly!
   Vendors are responsible for all sales, please bring cash to make change and/or credit card processing devices. 
6. Selling hours: Saturday April 11, 2026 from 9am-4pm
7. Vendors may arrive at the museum at 7:30am on Saturday morning to set up. Please let us know ahead of time if you need assistance. 
8. After unloading, vendors must park off site at the south end (furthest from the road) of the dirt lot across from the museum. 
9. It is the sellers’ responsibility to be compliant with Utah tax and insurance laws. 
10. The festival is a rain or shine event. Please plan for the possibility of inclement weather. 
11. Epicenter does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, nationality, ethnicity, sex, religion, or disability.
