Meet the Neighbors Vendor Application
About the application
This application is to apply to exhibit at Meet the Neighbors.
This festival is a horse-centered event so we ask that each applicant be related to horses or able to provide another service that is similar. We are accepting retail, art, sport, craft, animal, and activity vendors.
Food Trucks or booths need to submit a separate application. If you fall outside of these categories, please contact Community Outreach Manager, Emily Salerno, at emily.salerno@miltonga.gov prior to filling out an application for guidance. Space at this venue is limited. Depending on the number of applicants, we will likely accept 30-50 vendors depending on size and space. All vendors will be required to supply their own tent, tent weight, table, chairs, and all other supplies needed for their booth. All applicants will be notified the week of April 7 and the deadline to apply is Monday, March 31. whether their application was accepted, waitlisted, or denied.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited space, we cannot accommodate all trailers. Depending on size, only 3-4 will be selected.

- How does your business or organization benefit or relate to the equestrian community?
- What do you plan or having/providing for the event?
- What size is needed for your booth? Ex. 10x10 booth, trailer size, etc. Please give exact dimensions.
- Do you plan on having an animal as a part of your booth? If so, please provide details on type of animal, fencing/pen information, does it do well with crowds and children, and are you properly insured?
- Do you plan on selling anything? If so, what methods of payment do you accept?
- If you are a trailer, what side (passenger, driver, back gate, etc.) does your window open?
- If we host a vendor bingo as a part of the event, would you be willing to donate anything to the winning prize basket? If so, please share what that item would be.
- Is there another organization who is applying that you would need/want to be placed next to?
- We have scheduled a back-up rain date of Saturday, May 9. If we have to move the date, are you available on May 9?
- I understand that there is NO power available at this venue as it is a greenspace. If power is needed, the vendor will need to supply power.
- I understand that by applying to participate I am not guaranteed a spot at the event.
