The Villa Rica Art & Soul Festival is a vibrant celebration of creativity, culture, and community in historic downtown Villa Rica. The festival features talented artists and makers showcasing fine art, handcrafted goods, and creative works across multiple mediums. Guests can enjoy live music from amazing local artists, local food vendors, interactive art experiences, and a lively, walkable downtown atmosphere.
Art & Soul brings together art lovers, families, and creatives for a day filled with inspiration, connection, and soul.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
ART & CRAFT VENDORS:
- All Art & Craft vendors MUST HAVE handmade or handcrafted items.
- A limited number of vendors per category will be chosen.
- Categories are as follows:
- Fiber & Textile Crafts: Knitting, crocheting, weaving, quilting, embroidery, felting, macrame, sewing.
- Paper Crafts: Origami, scrapbooking, card making, paper mache, quilling, bookbinding.
- Ceramics & Glass: Pottery, sculpting, stained glass, glassblowing.
- Wood & Stone: Woodworking, carving, furniture making, stone carving, dry stone walling.
- Leatherwork: Bags, belts, wallets, decorative items.
- Photography
- Painting
- Items NOT permitted include but are not limited to mass produced ceramics, clothing, purses, paparazzi jewelry, CBD products, screen printed/ vinyl items, metal tumblers, etc.
2026 ART + CRAFT VENDOR FEES:
- $50 single-space booth (10x10)
- No double booths.
IMPORTANT DATES:
- January 26 - Applications open
- March 2 - Applications close
- March 30 - Vendor approval/denial
VENDOR RULES + REGULATIONS:
- You may ONLY sell what it is stated on your application.
- NO Electricity will be provided.
- Arts + Craft vendors MUST have handmade or handcrafted items.
- ONLY single-space booths allowed. NO double booth spaces.
- All items submitted on your application MUST be sold during the festival. NO ADD-ONS.
- NO manufactured items or commercially packaged products will be permitted. This is not a "buy-sell" festival.
Application must include 3-5 photos of your current items + booth.
FESTIVAL RULES + REGULATIONS:
- NO REFUNDS unless the City of Villa Rica cancels the festival.
- If NO-SHOW OR LATE, Villa Rica Mainstreet and its other entities will NOT issue a refund and you will not be allowed to participate in future events.
- The festival is rain or shine. Unless stated through an official city email.
- You are NOT allowed to leave until the event is over and all event attendees have left the event location.
- Unless stated otherwise, you are responsible for bringing your own setup (tables, chairs, tents, and anything else you need)
- NO use of stakes in the ground permitted.
- Villa Rica Mainstreet and its other entities cannot guarantee you the same space as previous years.
- YOU MUST CLEAN UP AND REMOVE ALL TRASH FROM YOUR VENDOR SPACE AND TAKE IT WITH YOU.
- All vehicles must be unloaded and moved from the Mill Amphitheater 1 hour before event start time.
- Villa Rica Mainstreet and its other entities are entitled to revoke or cancel your application at any time before and during the festival.
- FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES AND REGULATIONS WILL CAUSE IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF VENDOR APPLICATION AT ANY TIME BEFORE OR DURING THE FESTIVAL.
